Took my vehicle in . They said starter and negative cable were bad. They wanted $780.00 to replace with no guarantee that would fix the problem, Took vehicle to dealership they found problem in steering column with the ignition. Which is what I told Zia the problem was. Wish they would have taken the time to actually look at the vehicle
