Zia Automotive Repair

I always get quality work at amazing prices. I recently was told by a dealership that I needed to replace all my brakes. After Zia did the inspection turns out only my front brakes needed to be replaced. I've been going here for over 10 years and I've never had any issues.

Zia Auto always does a great job. They are honest and friendly and fast.

Exceptional customer service and all my concerns were handled with efficiency and speed! I will be back in the future.

This was my first time using Zia Automotive. Chuck checked me in and said that he would call me when they finished the work. The work was done in a timely manner and returned to me later that morning. I felt that the work done was good and at a fair price. I will definitely come back.

Great work reasonable and fast. More master techs and lifts. Always a great experience

I am very satisfied with your work and although I called every single day, which was probably annoying, everyone was very, very friendly and helpful. Every time I called and I really appreciate that.

Rich and Brendan went out of their way to take care of my car. My car is a 2002 Ford Focus and it was not easy for them to find a certain part, but they kept at it until they found the right one that worked. A human always answers the phone. I think this is a great repair shop. One suggestion… I was not aware of… Read full review

Zia Automotive has become the one place we trust and recommend for auto repair. They’re straight shooters and problem solvers with good customer service and reasonable pricing. When you find an auto service place like this, you hold onto it and want them to do well. I’m glad they’re doing business in Albuquerque.

Zia Automotive Repair is my GOTO for all my automotive needs. I have a foreign vehicle-the dealer is way too corporate for my needs and I work a corporate job! Nonetheless I fully recommend this service center for your vehicle maintenance!

Was able to get it all road ready with a short time frame. We been going to the for over 20 years and the quality has also been great and with my older mother, they always treated with respect and care. Taking time to explain each issue and giving her options.

Zia Auto was recommended by AAA when I had my clutch go out and needed a tow on a Saturday. Rich was helpful from first phone call. They even found a bad Trans-axle from a previous repair / replacement. Repair took a bit longer than I had hoped, but my Volvo is running as good as new. Great customer service and will be returning for any major items.

I needed preventive maintenance and failed emissions on my 06 Tundra. They fixed the error codes without buying parts. The remaining maintenance (charge air, change oil, change transmission fluid was all done at very competitive prices. Truck passed emissions so I'm very satisfied.

Excellent service from beginning to end - the gentleman that greeted me was polite - he kept me updated as I waited for my car maintenance service to be completed - I was told to expect three hours but the work was completed in two hours. I will return for car service in the future.

Glade to say I have a new mechanic, Zia! A++ Thank you all!

Absolutely amazing! Very professional and polite.

Great service from the staff! Diagnosed my car and had in fixed within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable, will definitely do business here from now on.

Chuck and the crew deliver amazing customer service and worked with me on finding the best option for situation.

After the dealership prices kept escalating, I decided to check out Zia Automotive for scheduled maintenance for my 2006 Toyota Tundra. This decision was also based on body work that Zia expertly provided a month prior. Brendan had the mechanic go through the truck's systems, sent me photos of the inspection items,… Read full review

I brought my car to Zia Automotive for service because the engine light was turned on due to an ignition misfire. The technician identified the issue correctly and repaired my car efficiently at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Zia Automotive.

Complete and thorough car care. Fixed my Jeep in no time! 👍🏻

Excellent prompt service. Took in at 8:30AM and service was completed by mid afternoon on December 23rd. Very pleased in all aspects.

My most recent visit: I went in for an oil change and a new oil pan. They did the work fast and did a good job. Chuck is always very helpful and kept me updated. The downside is it is getting very expensive. 😬 The labor cost is now $190 an hour. I was blindsided by the cost this time. Hope my car is good for a… Read full review

I came through NM with car trouble! Very concerned, I inched my way to Albuquerque for best possible auto repair/servicing options. Excellent experience having some catch-up maintenance done on my 2015 Jeep Patriot 4WD. Work was completed when Zia said it would be done, priced fairly, excellent communication. I will return the next time the Jeep needs maintenance.

Always a great, professional experience.

Chevy Cruze had coolant and other leaks, Zia was quick to diagnose and call warranty company for coverage information. Received vehicle back next day, amazing service! Very satisfied

Shaun and the crew did an amazing job getting my F150 put back together in such a short amount of time. The truck runs flawlessly and they saved me and my job big time. I will definitely be bringing more projects to them in the near future and look to their expertise and timely service whenever a new problem arises.

My car needed serious repairs to pretty much everything underneath and inside my front passenger tire. So far I am fairly pleased; one thing however did disappoint me.. my car has all black rims, and in repairing my rim they said they were unable to replace it with another black rim and gave me a silver one. When I… Read full review

They diagnosed the problems with my vehicle, gave an estimate of the cost, kept me updated with changes to the status of my vehicle and the work being done on my vehicle, and gave a thorough explanation of repairs and costs when I went to pick my vehicle up.

My car was stolen last month and a friend recommended that I use Zia. Great Shop! We've been servicing our vehicles here for years and they have been nothing but honest. Do not try and sell you things you don't need. Serviced 2000 Ford F150 and 2016 Jeep Patriot.

One of the best automotive garages in Albuquerque. I save so much cash here, while still getting dealer quality maintenance. I recommend this garage to anyone on a budget! On a scale of 1 to 10 they're DOPE AF! Thank you Zia!

Great people, honest and fair.

As always Zia is helping me hang on to my old car!!! Thanks for making my life quick and easy! I know my car is in good hands. Joy

Very professional staff, clean office and a clear explanation of what was needed with no surprise costs added. I feel relieved and confident when I go out of town tomorrow and I will be back for sure!!

This place has always treated me like family.

I have a 1996 4 wheel drive which has been in the family forever, making it more valuable to us than the book value. I had neglected numerous maintenance and repair issues. I arrived with a long list of concerns. The Zia shop has moved to a new large location, but has retained their original customer friendly,… Read full review
