I always get quality work at amazing prices. I recently was told by a dealership that I needed to replace all my brakes. After Zia did the inspection turns out only my front brakes needed to be replaced. I've been going here for over 10 years and I've never had any issues.
Really enjoy taking my vans here! They do a complimentary check of everything and then let you know the status without pressure to fix. Thank you Chuck
4.5 ⭐ Staff is very welcoming and kind. They do not provide quotes through the phone so I filled a quote request on their website but never received a response, that's the reason why a 4.5 ⭐ but overall, excellent customer service and they did a good work in my car.
Staff was amazing very friendly and accommodating.
Car was shaking when I pressed on brake. Thought it was an alignment problem but Brandon explained it could be something else. He was right. It was taken care of and I learned what warped rotors do.
Zia Motors has always been thorough and professional.
Zia Automotive Repair is my GOTO for all my automotive needs. I have a foreign vehicle-the dealer is way too corporate for my needs and I work a corporate job! Nonetheless I fully recommend this service center for your vehicle maintenance!
The staff is very helpful and they were very nice to let me work from their shop while my car was being worked on.
Was able to get it all road ready with a short time frame. We been going to the for over 20 years and the quality has also been great and with my older mother, they always treated with respect and care. Taking time to explain each issue and giving her options.
I needed preventive maintenance and failed emissions on my 06 Tundra. They fixed the error codes without buying parts. The remaining maintenance (charge air, change oil, change transmission fluid was all done at very competitive prices. Truck passed emissions so I'm very satisfied.
Excellent service from beginning to end - the gentleman that greeted me was polite - he kept me updated as I waited for my car maintenance service to be completed - I was told to expect three hours but the work was completed in two hours. I will return for car service in the future.
Glade to say I have a new mechanic, Zia! A++ Thank you all!
Service was great! Got an oil change, and inspection for a strange sound when turning or going over speed bumps. 2015 Toyota Highlander Rich Pohl was very helpful and eased my mind. I was hearing an unusual sound and thought my suspension was messed up. My spare tire was loose. Honestly I did't even know where my spare was I will be back!
Great service from the staff! Diagnosed my car and had in fixed within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable, will definitely do business here from now on.
Went in for an oil change. Everyone was helpful and got the job done quickly. Thank you so much. See you all the next time!
Go see Chuck here! Service is prompt and upfront about pricing! They have a customer for life with me..
Chuck and the crew deliver amazing customer service and worked with me on finding the best option for situation.
After the dealership prices kept escalating, I decided to check out Zia Automotive for scheduled maintenance for my 2006 Toyota Tundra. This decision was also based on body work that Zia expertly provided a month prior. Brendan had the mechanic go through the truck's systems, sent me photos of the inspection items,…
I would recommend this place to service your automobile. I took my vehical in to get diagnostic test to find out a about a engine light.before fixing the problem they called and gave me a few option before repairing it. My problem was repaired within a day. The only thing I would recommend is to get a signed repair…

Second time I have taken my vehicle to Zia. Everything was done on a timely basis and got my vehicle when I was told I would get it. Excellent customer service and a job well done. Thank you.
Awesome service
My turbocharger went out on my Ford Escape, and I got quoted $4,200 at another shop for the replacement. I took it to Zia and they confirmed the diagnosis, and quoted me $3,300, a much more reasonable price for the job. I appreciate their work, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I came through NM with car trouble! Very concerned, I inched my way to Albuquerque for best possible auto repair/servicing options. I was delighted to discover the 36 mo. warranty & with Chuck/Dave was able to resolve outstanding issues using Zia's Vehicle Inspection offer/service. It met my needs, although I…

Friendly staff and great service. They were able to find a fuel leak and make the necessary repairs on a quick return time. Thank you for the great service. Will return for future service.
Very helpful. (2017 Nissan Sentra SR) My car wouldn't turn over, it had stayed in a parking lot for a day or so. Until I finally just sent a tow truck. Due to me being at work, I was a bit scared on where my car could've ended up. Once getting a moment away from work, I called in to see that my car did in fact go to…
Joe was outstanding...got my radiator replaced in record time. Zia top of my list for automotive needs
Direct and professional, superior quality service...
I came in for an oil change and a noise I suspected to be my front brakes needing to be replaced. They do the oil change and i get a call telling me its my back brakes that were making the noise. I accepted this answer and had them do the back brakes. When I get the call that the repairs are complete they tell me…

I love Zia, they used to be my go-to before I moved.
