I always get quality work at amazing prices. I recently was told by a dealership that I needed to replace all my brakes. After Zia did the inspection turns out only my front brakes needed to be replaced. I've been going here for over 10 years and I've never had any issues.
Zia was great! They took good care of my Audi. They fixed what another mechanic broke. They were fast, fair priced and kept me up to date on the progress.
I am very satisfied with your work and although I called every single day, which was probably annoying, everyone was very, very friendly and helpful. Every time I called and I really appreciate that.
Rich and Brendan went out of their way to take care of my car. My car is a 2002 Ford Focus and it was not easy for them to find a certain part, but they kept at it until they found the right one that worked. A human always answers the phone. I think this is a great repair shop. One suggestion… I was not aware of…
The guys at Zia automotive were awesome.... The diagnose the problem right off the bat and fixed it promptly and gave me a call when everything was said and done..... Count me as a new customer 👍
Had my Tacoma taken there after my drivers side ball joints snapped. Excellent communication and explanation of diagnosis. They did a thorough diagnostic and it was decided to replace the front suspension in full as the truck has 210k on the original parts. They also resealed a transmission leak, and installed rear…
Friendly and Excellent Service.
Fixed the problem and let me know about an other issue I had with my truck. Great job!
Provided great same day service while I was in a time crunch on the weekend. Will definitely be back if I have any other vehicle maintenance needed. Thank you
I made the poor choice of trusting this place based on the great reviews it has but my experience was far from the stellar service everyone else got. I could have saved hundreds by taking my car elsewhere! I was promised my car would be fixed in a day but it took 6 instead... they were happy to charge me for a…
The service was completed quickly and correctly. Chuck The service advisor gave me a concise diagnosis and kept me informed during the repair. I will use your company again and recommend it.
Great job replacing my rear suspension air bags on my 2006 Lincoln town car. My "Road Daddy" drives smooth again.. .Let's Ride!
As the first walk-in customer of the day. The staff has great customer service, are friendly, inviting and the environment feels safe. They knew what what my visit needs were. Moreover, their inspection skills proved accurate and responsible. Plus, they were able to provide an essential repair regarding a broken…
They have always taken great care of me!!! Will always come back!!!
I was traveling and needed to get home when the power steering went out. They got me in the very next day and finished it quickly. I am very grateful.
These guys are great. They’re my new go to for all my auto needs
I have dealt with Zia Automotive for many years and have always received the best quality auto repair work available anywhere. They are experts in keeping your vehicle running great.
I was very happy with the way the employees/mechanics of Zia Automotive helped me with my moms vehicle. My dad passed away from Covid-19 last November and I’ve been helping my mom from California with everything, since my dad did everything for my mom and sister when he was around and your employees allowed me to…
Great Shop! We've been servicing our vehicles here for years and they have been nothing but honest. Do not try and sell you things you don't need. Serviced 2000 Ford F150 and 2016 Jeep Patriot.
One of the best automotive garages in Albuquerque. I save so much cash here, while still getting dealer quality maintenance. I recommend this garage to anyone on a budget! On a scale of 1 to 10 they're DOPE AF! Thank you Zia!
Very professional staff, clean office and a clear explanation of what was needed with no surprise costs added. I feel relieved and confident when I go out of town tomorrow and I will be back for sure!!
My wife's vehicle was having issues, and she needed it fixed right away to get to work. They identified serious problems I'd not noticed. Zia had it fixed the next day. They where fast, professional, and affordable. I'd defiently recommend them to anyone that needs auto repair.
Alex, Sean, and Jerome were all very nice, helpful n precessional to deal with! They were able to get my car back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely take my vehicle back to them and will also recommend to any one in need of good quality n honest work. Thank you Zia automotive!
I have been taking my vehicles here since 2009 and they are always professional, affordable, and do excellent work!
I have always had a great experience at this store they’ve done a lot of work for me On a couple of vehicles. Had some warranty work done this last time , it was done fast, efficient and no problems. John Batt my mechanic is Aces. Two thumbs up!
I have a 1996 4 wheel drive which has been in the family forever, making it more valuable to us than the book value. I had neglected numerous maintenance and repair issues. I arrived with a long list of concerns. The Zia shop has moved to a new large location, but has retained their original customer friendly,…
