Zia Automotive Repair

This was my first time using Zia Automotive. Chuck checked me in and said that he would call me when they finished the work. The work was done in a timely manner and returned to me later that morning. I felt that the work done was good and at a fair price. I will definitely come back.

Everyone was very kind and worked on my car even though it was a hybrid.

Was able to get it all road ready with a short time frame. We been going to the for over 20 years and the quality has also been great and with my older mother, they always treated with respect and care. Taking time to explain each issue and giving her options.

I've been going to Zia since 2015 for all me vehicles. Not once have I been unhappy. Their technicians are top-notch and everyone I work with is professional and helpful beyond expectations. Thanks Zia!

My wife's daughter had an issue with her car. Not running correctly, she believed it could have been the fuel pump which is in the gas tank. I called up ZIA automotive and they said, bring the car in. They did a diagnostic check on it. And found that not to be true, that it only had an issue. Because the car wasn't… Read full review

Have visited Zia Auto a few times now and have had a great experience every time. Their customer service from their team is always great. I recently took a vehicle that I was looking to purchase for a Pre-Purchase vehicle inspection that they offer and they gave me an honest assessment. There was a misunderstanding… Read full review

After the dealership prices kept escalating, I decided to check out Zia Automotive for scheduled maintenance for my 2006 Toyota Tundra. This decision was also based on body work that Zia expertly provided a month prior. Brendan had the mechanic go through the truck's systems, sent me photos of the inspection items,… Read full review

I dealt primarily with Chuck who was extremely knowledgeable about service I desired 90k checkup for Toyota Camry Service was performed same day with excellent communication about needed repairs and cost which was very reasonable

Needed front brakes and rotors. Done quickly and car tracks much better! No more jerking when braking!

Provided great same day service while I was in a time crunch on the weekend. Will definitely be back if I have any other vehicle maintenance needed. Thank you

I asked them to inspect a used Honda I was in the process of purchasing. They did a very thorough job. I was able to complete my purchase with confidence.

The folks at Zia always take really good care of me. They’ve been really reasonable about pricing, they’ve always explained exactly what they are doing and charging me for, and I feel respected and listened to. It’s pretty much the only place I will take my cars now - I know I can trust them. They are always… Read full review

I made the poor choice of trusting this place based on the great reviews it has but my experience was far from the stellar service everyone else got. I could have saved hundreds by taking my car elsewhere! I was promised my car would be fixed in a day but it took 6 instead... they were happy to charge me for a… Read full review

I scheduled an online appointment with Zia Automotive. Apparently their online portal doesn't sync up very well with their in store platform. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge and they asked when I got there if I could leave my only vehicle for the day. Frustrated I took an Uber to the mall hoping it wouldn't be… Read full review

After experiencing some troublesome noises from my 2003 vehicle, I decided to look up a reputable, AAA approved, ASE repair shop to diagnose my vehicle. Service advisor Sean was extremely helpful (and patient) over the phone as I explained the issues my car was having and schedule me an appointment for an… Read full review

Over the last four or five years I have had two separate mechanics tell me I needed my ball joints replaced among other issues which totaled several thousand in repairs. Both times I have sought a second opinion from Zia Auto Repair and both times they told me my vehicle was in great shape and to save my money. I’ve… Read full review
