I always get quality work at amazing prices. I recently was told by a dealership that I needed to replace all my brakes. After Zia did the inspection turns out only my front brakes needed to be replaced. I've been going here for over 10 years and I've never had any issues.
Chuck is great. Friendly, professional & responsive. Work performed is top rate, but spendy (as a senior on fixed income, I have to defer necessary repairs over months). Wish Zia had senior discounts. Appreciate that necessary work was sequenced by most necessary first (to save money), focused on what was most…
I’m in town from Ohio for a few days. Had a problem I’d rather not live with on the ride home so asked this very busy shop if they could squeeze me in. Left the car. 4 hours later got the call to come get it. Very nice shop.
Great service truck runs great excellent customer service rep .
They were great…..got my car in first thing in the morning and were done in no time….. I would recommend them to anyone…..
You guys are amazing
Great service and a fair price. I’ll be back.
The folks at Zia always take really good care of me. They’ve been really reasonable about pricing, they’ve always explained exactly what they are doing and charging me for, and I feel respected and listened to. It’s pretty much the only place I will take my cars now - I know I can trust them. They are always…
Guys did a great job and where very helpful!
Over the last four or five years I have had two separate mechanics tell me I needed my ball joints replaced among other issues which totaled several thousand in repairs. Both times I have sought a second opinion from Zia Auto Repair and both times they told me my vehicle was in great shape and to save my money. I’ve…
These guys are great. They’re my new go to for all my auto needs
This was probably the BEST experience I have had with auto repair anywhere! Zia Automotive is in one word, AWESOME! I started having issue with my Jeep Cherokee. The dealership wanted around 3k to do the job and the part was back ordered for 3 months. I called and talked to Sean at Zia and he was able to locate…
My check engine went on, they were able to get my car in the next day. They found what was wrong snd was able to repair my Buick. The business was clean and inviting staff was professional and courteous. Thank you so much I gave finally found a place to take my car .
Service was outstanding Personnel very friendly and professional very very clean surroundings and building very pleasant I would recommend them to anyone
My car needed serious repairs to pretty much everything underneath and inside my front passenger tire. So far I am fairly pleased; one thing however did disappoint me.. my car has all black rims, and in repairing my rim they said they were unable to replace it with another black rim and gave me a silver one. When I…
I was able to get an appointment online for the next day. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff and checked in immediately (wow-no waiting and honoring the appointment time). A very professional and efficient operation had me out of there before the estimated completion time. I can't believe how much nicer…
