With my wife having balance and falling instances, she was having problems stepping and getting into her bathtub to take a shower. I decided to call Jaccuzi Bath Remodel to look into purchasing a safe step shower for her and keep her safe and protect her from the dangerous issues at hand. I called and made an appointment to visit with a representative regarding their product. Tyler from Zintex Remodeling Group, who is a subsidiary, came to our home. My wife and I enjoyed his presentation. He answered all of our questions and concerns. I explained to Tyler my entire reason and focus for calling was based on the safety of my wife. That was my main and the only priority of our interest in their product. The fact that it came with a life long warranty was also an important addition. Afterwards my wife and I discussed it, and made the decision to move forward and purchase the safe step shower for her. In our discussion we decided to purchase one for myself as well. Chelsea called me to set up the appointment for both projects. She was quite kind and so helpful. With the fact that this purchase was such a safety issue, she scheduled the appointment ASAP. That made my wife feel that they actually cared and made her condition feel important enough to expedite the project. The installer Joel arrived on time and ready to go. Joel did a fantastic job and was friendly, hard working, professional, and quite personable. On the final day of the project Trever who is the Service Manager arrived at our home to check on things. It was nice to meet him and we appreciate his interest in the outcome. Chelsea also called during the process to check on things. My wife is so happy with her shower. I am now comfortable to know that she is safe. I can't say enough about everyone involved with this company. I strongly encourage anyone to trust the work and the folks with this company. It is a shame that I can only give 5 stars with this review. Thank you again to all of you for insuring my wife is happy and safe. Have a Blessed day.
