Started the day with a septic system backup. Was referred to Zoom Drain. They got Adam out here as quickly as they could, so within 2 hours he was working on the problem. Adam showed up quickly, was very courteous, he worked quickly and got my problems fixed. The only reason it was not five stars was the cost - over $1K to unclog two drains with no heroic work done. He was here about 2 hours. Again, no problem with Adam or his work. The company just sets prices high.
