I had a sewer emergency late at night and called Plumbing Unit. The crew came out in less than an hour and took care of everything quickly. Alex was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He took digital photos of my water heater, the water copper lines for ice maker for a new refrigerator, checked sewer lines under house and the waterlines and turn off valves to house. The representative came out to my house and he looked over everything and was very thorough in his tabulations I cannot take advantage because the price was beyond my ability to pay but he was honest and that counts for what's important about dealing with repair people.
