I was told that their employee would arrive between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. I waited around but nobody showed up. No phone call. Nothing. Received call from employee at 2:30 saying he would arrive in 20 minutes. Wasted my day....
Nick from 1 Stop Pest Control was great! He took care of the stinging insect nest at my house and explained everything throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I feel confident the issue is resolved. He also made it clear he’d be more than happy to come back out if any issues…
Chris was great. He was friendly and polite. He answered all of my questions. Set more traps and provided recommendations to resolve issues moving forward. I highly recommend 1Step Pest Control and feel comfortable for calling them for any other future pest problems.

Brandon did a great job and I would recommend this company for your pest control needs.

My technician was named Brandon, he was very informative and caring about the situation I was going through. He helped ease my concerns mentally due to the fact I have never been through anything like this. He went above and beyond anything that I have ever seen when needing professional assistance. Chris was on time and I can tell that the service is working. I live around a lot of trees so if not for one stop pest control it would be a lot of bugs around. They also do bait stations. Pricing is reasonable too!
