⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They did a great job installing my water heater and cleaning out the drains. The work was done professionally, and everything was handled efficiently. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing! Thanks
Candace was fantastic, super communicative and helpful. Robert arrived on a Sunday morning and helped us snake a drain after the city sewer backed up into our basement. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend!
Candice was very professional and she got the job done on a major sewer line blockage without giving up.
Highly recommend Candace and the 24 Hr. Emergency Plumbing team. We needed help fast on Friday night, and they delivered efficient, responsive, and professional service. They explained everything throughout the job and made sure to clean up before leaving. Also, the price quoted was the price paid—no surprises! We will definitely use them again!
I cannot recommend these services enough. We run a small business and we were in desperate need of a plumber at 2:30 in the morning. Candace answered our call and was incredibly professional and reassuring and she sent Roberto to the rescue quickly. Roberto was wonderful-- he did not stop until he figured out the…
Candace and Roberto were attentive, professional and able to fix multiple issues in my basement with mere hours’ notice. They were able to answer every question, and I highly recommend and applaud the services they provide.
I will recommend 24 Hr. Emergency Plumbing for any plumbing issues. My kitchen sink was clogged and the drain pipe was cracked. I was looking for a plumbing company that could resolve the issue the same day. Roberto was able to unclog the kitchen drain pipe and replace the cracked pipe for a new one. He was very…
These are the people you want in a crisis, trust me!! I'm coming off of a wild 24 hours: A clogged drain led to nasty gunk water allllll over my bedroom which then led to flooding in my cellar. Doo doo water all up and through my home, can you hear me? Disgusting!!! Ew!!!! Unfortunately I was unable to pack all my…
Robert, was professional and work very hard to find my problem. I am pleased with the work.
Great Team of people to work with. Excellent and affordable service at a reasonable price. I am so glad that found you. Fantastic fast response in an emergency
We had an emergency with our exterior drain cleaner/sewer line on the 4th of July. As you can imagine, it was incredibly difficult to find someone available, especially with our basement beginning to flood. Thankfully, this team came through. I was told they’d arrive within 30 minutes—and they did. They were…
Dwight & his crew were great! I had a wobbly toilet that needed re-seating, and they did excellent work! I would highly recommend this company!
Came in less than 20 minutes for toilet clog and fixed in less than 5! Great, friendly service.
I used 24 Hour Emergency Plumbing for the first time after two months of issues with my toilet backing up and not flushing correctly. A previous plumber had come the month before, but wasn't very helpful and the same issues came back a few days later. I called 24 Hour Emergency after a holiday weekend and assumed…
Good communication and very quick!
My apartment was flooding badly, as well as the boiler ro and meter room. Candace and Robert were very responsive to my call, gave accurate ETA for service and got the job done in 5-10. Very thankful for the fast response and cleanup, will definitely use again!
They responded very quickly, came right on time, and were friendly and professional the whole time, both the company representative and the plumber. Would use them again!
Excellent service & team
Quick and efficient work. Robert was great!
Plumber came within an hour of me calling. They had my very clogged drain cleared within 10 minutes. The plumber, Robert, was super friendly and professional, and they even called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied.
Great service, and so kind on the phone and in person! One of their techs was able to squeeze me in last minute when a clog went from bad to worse overnight. They even kept me updated on their arrival time with multiple calls. He also checked my toilet for me as I'd had to fix the chain length myself, and when there…
Courteous and professional. Very nice people and got the job done 👍🏻
Highly recommended. Professional, attentive, and most important of all, true to their service motto, 24hr emergency service. Other so called 24hr service wouldn't come until next morning, but 24 Hour Emergency Plumbing came to my rescue 1hr after calling, and fixed my drain. You guys are my go to now. Truly appreciate it.
Just returned from overseas to my 1st snowstorm in years that hit the Brooklyn area hard. Then my basement toilet started to back up as the snow piled up. I called the service that we pay for monthly – the earliest they could arrive was Tuesday morning. IT’s currently, Saturday night and this will not do. Then I…
They came out on an emergency call late night on a Saturday, in a snowstorm. Had to snake out a LONG kitchen drain line with tons of grease clogs (multi family building). Thank you!!!
Candace and team were super responsive and thorough during a major snowstorm. Very professional. Will use them again! Highly recommended.
They showed up on New Year’s Eve and unclogged a backed up drain. They were very efficient and the price was reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again.
I had a serious flood and did not know what the cause was and had increasing flooding and they came quickly and resolved the problem, in a surprising amount of time. Also excellent attitude by Candace who answered all my questions and explained the processes and options. I highly recommend.
This service was phenomenal! I had some flooding due to the rains that clogged a main drain to my home and they had plumbers out to me within 2 hours of my call. The guys were helpful and super professional! An hour later they had completely fixed a major problem. And at a great price! Highly recommend!

Honestly, I have nothing but positive things to say about this service.
