Most reviewers praise the friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and thorough grooming results for dogs and cats. Positive feedback highlights punctual appointment scheduling and effective communication regarding pet care. However, several low-rated reviews report significant safety issues, including cuts, infections, and improper nail trimming that required veterinary attention. These incidents contrast with the generally positive experience described by the majority of customers.

What these ladies do is artwork. Whatever needs done for all my dogs, they take care of. I have two poms that go in as mops and come out perfect. When ive gone to other places closer to me, its been embarrassing. I have a shepherd, a retriever and the poms. De-shed or lion cuts. Always look fantastic! See photo, lol. 🩷

An amazing place to take your dog to get groomed. Prices are reasonable, and they are thorough and do a fantastic job. Staff is super friendly. We take our husky to get groomed and they make sure she is dry before calling to have her picked up.
My dog came away from her grooming with a cut on her neck and damage to her paw. Both ended with an infection and a visit to the vet. Never had such a negative experience with a groomer!
Very disappointed with the grooming of my cavalier King Charles. They arr supposed to have beautiful long ears! Well hers were somewhat matted but instead of trying to remove the mats, they just shaved them off and she looks ridiculous. I’m addition they cut off all her whiskers! Who does that? Plus she came home…
They did a great job with my dog Dax! Laura D was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will bring him back.

Well hers were somewhat matted but instead of trying to remove the mats, they just shaved them off and she looks ridiculous. I’m addition they cut off all her whiskers! Who does that? Plus she came home limping so I’m guessing they cut her nails too short. I also did not like the way they housed her in a cage when she was waiting for me to pick her up with her leash attached over the top of the door to the kennel which appeared to be putting a strain on her neck. I will never recommend this place or go back! If they don’t know how to groom a specific breed they should admit that up front!
