Called these guys last minute for help and they were able to move some stuff around to accommodate me. These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond on our move. We were far from the average customer with all our needs but they stepped up and did what we needed. We are so thankful that we ran into the owner at the right moment and Zack went out of his way to accommodate our unique situation.

A large truck with plenty of space - so much so that my breakables didn’t have to be stacked. They are a hardworking group and I was thankful I had the best experience with my first moving endeavor. Nothing was broken and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I will definitely be reaching out again for all my moving needs and telling anyone who will listen to use their services. Thanks again, guys!!! Zach was amazingly helpful! He was extremely easy to work with and got the job done very efficiently and quickly! We had a business to business delivery from Springdale to Fayetteville of some small equipment and Zach got it done the same day that we called him. There was an issue at the delivery site that 4 Points Moving quickly resolved by going well above and beyond our expectations! 4 Points Moving & Delivery performed tremendously and has our respect and future business! -Myco Instrumentation, Inc.
Ok, so first off I have moved multiple times from and to multiple states. Working with many large/professional moving companies. 4 points is neither a large or professional moving company but more of a hired hand. There was never an initial walk through of the storage units or my house to estimate the amount of trucks needed. They just asked me over the phone the size of the units and what was in them. On the day of the move they messed up my initial time. Luckily they were able to get to the units promptly after I took it upon myself to call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They do not have their own line of trucks and vans. They showed up in a 26' uhaul truck which ended up being too small. I ended up having to run up the street and purchase another uhaul truck which my wife and I had to pack and unpack ourselves because we didn't want the move to last all day which it did. They never took inventory or the condition of the items moved from and to locations. There were 3 movers, one of which had to stop and catch his breath frequently throughout the move who also happened to be crew leader. He actually told my wife and I to stop helping. At that point I knew they wanted to drag out the move for more money. I should've known better and went with a professional company rather then some local one claiming to be. If your looking to move out of an apartment or emptying out a garage these might be your guys but for a large move go with professionals. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid them!!!
