5 Stones is great. This is the third time we have used them and they show up on time and get us in right away. They are wonderful. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
Extremely Professional, Family owned and operated. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Couldn’t ask for better service.
I could not recommend 5 Stones enough. I have 2 little doggies who are afraid of the wind and the dark so they have had a tough time going potty outside through the doggy door. Tristian and Richard came out and used a blacklight to determine all the areas where they had been using the restroom. They took their time…
Very friendly and professional!!! 10/10 recommend
Tristan Tellez and his father, Richard did all of our carpet and rug cleaning today. We were impressed with the quality of work, integrity of these gentlemen and the price Charged was lower than any other company we have hired previously. They will be the Only Carpet Cleaners we will use in the future. Nice to have…
Such a great company! Tristan is very professional and does a thorough job. I have used them for many jobs previously and will definitely be calling them for future carpet cleaning and other jobs.
On time and good quality work
Tristan and his dad did a fine job. They called to inform they’re on the way, they arrived on time, they were friendly and efficient, the price was fair, and the carpet and upholstery look great. I can confidently recommend 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning.
I’ve used 5 Stone for many years. The whole team is fabulous, shares their knowledge, responsive to questions and keeps their clients updated. Always on time and dependable.
5 Stones Carpet Cleaning helped me with my carpet cleaning and repaired a hole in the carpet as well. Great results looks as good as new! I would recommend to anyone in the Albuquerque area needing cleaning or repair.
They know the business 2nd time using them and they did a great job again
The team was super responsive and did an incredible job on our carpets! With lots of heavy traffic and a large dog we were anticipating needing to replace our fairly new carpets in the next year or two, and after the cleaning they look brand new! They gave us great tips for maintenance going forward as well. Can’t…
This is the second time I have had 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning come to my home. I chose to have them do my couches this time and they came out great. The cleaner is enough to provide a nice clean smell without being overwhelming. I house sat for a puppy who unfortunately urinated on my carpet/rug and left a horrible…
Every aspect of this interaction was superb. Very professional to work with and great results. I look forward to working with 5 Stone and Tristan on other projects.
Friendly and professional. Thoroughly explained their process. My carpets look great!! I will definitely use them again.
We booked our service online, which was super easy and intuitive. Every person I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job on our carpets. Would use again!
5 Stones did a great job, they were professional, fair priced, and friendly! We definitely recommend and will use again.
I had a flood in my living room and hallway that was wicking horrible odor and color. They were able to get the color and the water out of my carpet and rugs. Also, I had spilled blue paint on my tan tiles in kitchen. Almost a whole gallon. They were able to get the paint off the tiles and grout. I am thankful they…
They were very professional and fast. I have not seen my carpet this clean since I moved in. Highly recommend and I will continue to use for my carpet cleaning services. Thank you.
Clean cut, professional, new equipment, strong work ethic and great person overall.
This was our first time using 5 Stones. They were very professional, on time, worked quickly and friendly. We'll definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family. Also, we liked supporting a small local company!
Will use their services again! Friendly, timely, service was quick and thorough. They educated us on the process and were very friendly to our doggie.
Tristan and his Dad were very courteous, professional, on time, communicative before they got here, and did an excellent job! Everything was explained to me beforehand - what they were going to do, etc. I've had my Carpets cleaned over the years numerous times but this time was significantly different, better! I'll definitely be back!
My carpet and area rug look great! They were very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling for future services!
They did absolutely amazing job! Super friendly. They explain everything and are upfront with all prices. Will absolutely use them again!
Happy with services provided - will use again.

I had a great experience with 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning of Albuquerque. They made our carpet look new again. All of the stains came out. The entire carpet looked uniformly clean. There were no chemical smells either. You want a family owned and operated business to succeed, & it feels good to be very satisfied…
I came across 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning reference from my property manager. They are a small family owned business. Therefore their reputation and service are everything to them. Unlike large nationwide chains who are there to perform a service and just get paid. They will work with you, they offer three different…
Very effective and professional service! Nice owners and reasonably priced.
They were amazing! The carpets all brightened up tremendously, especially for older carpets. I was surprised and very pleased with the results. Their equipment was top notch and the carpets dried quickly, no mess. This is a father and son business who are Christians, and I felt very safe having them in my home. They…
This Company did a great job working within my timeline ( I had a very short timeline to work with, only a two day window). They were right on time and did an excellent job. The carpets and couches look grate, just like new. They were very courteous, and made sure to point out spots or stains they though may…
A++ the only carpet cleaners you should call!
Tristan came in to our home and cleaned our carpets before posting the house for sale, he was on time, very responsive on every question we had, respectful and helpful and he did a great job! I will be calling him in the future for more services when our house is done being built ! We have 3 dogs and a cat so carpet…
I asked 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning to clean carpet that has been badly abused by my dogs with pee. We are tearing out the carpet in a year or so, as we know the carpet cannot be restored to like-new condition. 5 Stones owners were honest with me about the "prognosis" and did absolutely the best job possible given the…
5 Stones did a fantastic job for me at exactly the time I wanted them too. They communicated with me well from shortly after I submitted the web request through the day of service. I couldn't believe how clean they got old neglected carpet and how fast they were able to do it. I will use them again and will recommend to all my friends.
Fantastic job, carpets look like new. Highly highly recommend!!! Use this company!

Great job! Very professional and nice owner.
Tristan and his father did an awesome job on my furniture and carpet. The sofas look new, the carpet is nice and bright, and the house smells fresh and clean. They were very kind, efficient, and honest about the level of treatment that was required. I was expecting the more expensive treatment, but it wasn't…
The guys from 5 stones carpet cleaning were extremely professional and so nice. They did a wonderful job.
Thank you for a wonderful job! Tristan was on time and the carpets in our RV look fantastic!
This Company is very professional! Very Kind Respectful and attentive.
I love this business! I'm so glad we found them. They were professional, and the cleaning job they did on our older carpet just makes it seem NEW AGAIN!! And the Drying Time- That was something I had worried about. No need to worry at all. Our full house carpet was dry so quickly we hardly noticed the time at…
These guys did a great job, set expectations on what to expect, especially since one of our rooms was our fur baby’s urinal. They offered a service that seals the sub floor and cleans the carpet along with replacing the pad, which was awesome to learn about! 5 Stars
We had 5 stones come out to clean our stairs carpet, loft carpet, and large closet carpet. All cleaning was excellent 5/5. Service was also excellent as the cleaner was very polite and responsive to all our questions and requests. We would absolutely use them again and are very satisfied with their service! 5/5
On time and very professional, I will use there service again, they did a great job explaining the process and making me feel at ease
Did a great job...super nice people
We needed stairs and a hallway cleaned which qualified for a minimum charge. Looking around, 5 Stones offered to do more work for the minimum fee. When does that ever happen?! I of course volunteered my study. The completed service was excellent, performed efficiently and all in a timely manner. The two…
Absolutely awesome gentlemen to work with! They took care of my downstairs, my stairs and my upstairs. My upstairs area had some pet damage to it and not only took care of all the areas requested BEFORE their estimated time of completion, but took care of the odors and stains as well! I am absolutely 110% satisfied…
