5 Stones is great. This is the third time we have used them and they show up on time and get us in right away. They are wonderful. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
Extremely Professional, Family owned and operated. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Couldn’t ask for better service.
I could not recommend 5 Stones enough. I have 2 little doggies who are afraid of the wind and the dark so they have had a tough time going potty outside through the doggy door. Tristian and Richard came out and used a blacklight to determine all the areas where they had been using the restroom. They took their time…
Such a great company! Tristan is very professional and does a thorough job. I have used them for many jobs previously and will definitely be calling them for future carpet cleaning and other jobs.
Tristan and his father were so great to work with! Really appreciated their knowledge and experience. Definitely will use again!
I’ve used 5 Stone for many years. The whole team is fabulous, shares their knowledge, responsive to questions and keeps their clients updated. Always on time and dependable.
5 Stones Carpet Cleaning helped me with my carpet cleaning and repaired a hole in the carpet as well. Great results looks as good as new! I would recommend to anyone in the Albuquerque area needing cleaning or repair.
They know the business 2nd time using them and they did a great job again
This is the second time I have had 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning come to my home. I chose to have them do my couches this time and they came out great. The cleaner is enough to provide a nice clean smell without being overwhelming. I house sat for a puppy who unfortunately urinated on my carpet/rug and left a horrible…
Every aspect of this interaction was superb. Very professional to work with and great results. I look forward to working with 5 Stone and Tristan on other projects.

Tristan and his father did a great job. I had just purchased a home and it had an odor from dog urine. I can no longer smell the odor and the carpet looks great. Definitely will use these guys again and recommend them. Very professional and great work.

They were very professional and fast. I have not seen my carpet this clean since I moved in. Highly recommend and I will continue to use for my carpet cleaning services. Thank you.
Yes, there are some tremendous local business here in ABQ, and 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning is definitely one of them! Not only did they show up on time, they did exactly what we asked them to do. This father and son business explained the whole process of cleaning our loveseat sofa, were very transparent and reasonably…
Clean cut, professional, new equipment, strong work ethic and great person overall.
5 Stones does an excellent job of cleaning carpet traffic areas and stains. Their customer service is responsive, with good communication and follow up.
Tristan and his Dad were very courteous, professional, on time, communicative before they got here, and did an excellent job! Everything was explained to me beforehand - what they were going to do, etc. I've had my Carpets cleaned over the years numerous times but this time was significantly different, better! I'll definitely be back!
My carpet and area rug look great! They were very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling for future services!
These guys are amazing! I reached out to them around 9:00 pm Thursday evening and received a response in like 15 minutes! They showed up at my home at 9:30 am the next morning! They understood my urgent need and made it happen! You don’t get service like that anymore! You again are AMAZING!!!! Job well done!! Thank you. Tammy
Quick response & amazing service. Highly recommend!
My dog had soiled the carpeting and a chair. I called several carpet cleaning companies, and 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning was the only one who made my concern theirs. Tristan came out quickly and was able to remove the stains completely. This is a small family business, who truly cares about their customers. I was…
You guys were amazing. The work you did was phenomenal to say the least. You worked fast. We will forever continue to use you in the future and will recommend your business to others. Thank you
5 Stone did an amazing job cleaning my carpets that had pet urine on them. They also cleaned all the tile in the home and it looks fresh and new again. I highly recommend using them.
I inquired about a cleaning for a few rugs and our couch after moving to Albuquerque. The website was clear and direct about nearly immediate availability and prices. I scheduled on Saturday and they were here Monday morning. They were extremely professional and courteous and didn't mind me asking questions while…
These were the nicest guys! We have a high risk baby in the house, and they were super gracious about wearing masks to keep her safe. They did a great job, and I highly recommend this company.
Tristan came in to our home and cleaned our carpets before posting the house for sale, he was on time, very responsive on every question we had, respectful and helpful and he did a great job! I will be calling him in the future for more services when our house is done being built ! We have 3 dogs and a cat so carpet…
I asked 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning to clean carpet that has been badly abused by my dogs with pee. We are tearing out the carpet in a year or so, as we know the carpet cannot be restored to like-new condition. 5 Stones owners were honest with me about the "prognosis" and did absolutely the best job possible given the…
5 Stones did a fantastic job for me at exactly the time I wanted them too. They communicated with me well from shortly after I submitted the web request through the day of service. I couldn't believe how clean they got old neglected carpet and how fast they were able to do it. I will use them again and will recommend to all my friends.

Great job! Very professional and nice owner.
This Company is very professional! Very Kind Respectful and attentive.
These guys did a great job, set expectations on what to expect, especially since one of our rooms was our fur baby’s urinal. They offered a service that seals the sub floor and cleans the carpet along with replacing the pad, which was awesome to learn about! 5 Stars
We had 5 stones come out to clean our stairs carpet, loft carpet, and large closet carpet. All cleaning was excellent 5/5. Service was also excellent as the cleaner was very polite and responsive to all our questions and requests. We would absolutely use them again and are very satisfied with their service! 5/5

Trevor was great! Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Explained the needed treatments and went about getting it done. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had done! Definitely recommend!
Absolutely awesome gentlemen to work with! They took care of my downstairs, my stairs and my upstairs. My upstairs area had some pet damage to it and not only took care of all the areas requested BEFORE their estimated time of completion, but took care of the odors and stains as well! I am absolutely 110% satisfied…
