Excellent customer service. The repairmen were efficient and quick!
We had Blair visit the house for a leaking dishwasher. He was quick with the diagnosis and provided us with some straightforward options for repair or replacement. We trust his recommendations and were happy with the service call.
THE BEST
Our technicians arrived on time and in good humor. They listened to my concerns, assessed the situation and repaired our downdraft vent efficiently. Plus, they secured our dishwasher.
Quick service with really great customer service and experts! Very grateful for them fixing my dishwasher so quickly!
Jamie was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. The parts will be ordered and, hopefully, I will quickly have my dishwasher back in working order.
In a time where it seems impossible to find quality companies to repair anything I was very pleased with my experience with 911 Service Today. Blair & Stanley were on time, professional and communicative. They got my dishwasher up and running and offered tips to prolong its life along with other in home appliances.…
We had Jamie come look at our Dishwasher today to inspect if we were going to need a new one. He fixed our problem in minutes ensuring we won't need a new one after all. He was super kind and we would definitely use him again.
This company is legit! Not only found my appliance issue, fixed it and now it runs even better. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. Will use this company again if needed.
I’ve relied on 911 Service for years, and they’ve consistently been fantastic. My favorite technician, Blair, has practically become part of the household at this point. I joke that he’s serviced every appliance in the house, along with the past and present versions of those same appliances. Blair is always…
Every person involved with 911 Service Today was wonderful. I will call them back anytime I need appliance repair!
We had a great experience with this company. Unfortunately our dishwasher required expensive parts that would take weeks to ship, but we got great advice about the best way forward. Additionally, our technician, Blair, helped trouble shoot problems with our oven and burners that works no longer ignite. He was…
Blair repaired my dishwasher swiftly and professionally. I would definitely recommend him and them.
It’s a strange thing to look forward to an appliance breaking so you can have someone come service it, but then Blair is a unique repairman. At this point, 5 years and several calls later, I think of Blair as a friend. Kind, considerate, professional, Blair is also someone I spend the visit talking with. I can’t…
Excellent service!
Fantastic appliance repair service! Shows up when they say they will, fixes the problem, provides a few helpful tips on the appliance they came to fix, plus a few others!
Blair is wonderful. Thanks for the help.
We’ve had 911 service come to our home for two separate appliance issues, and both times the technicians were considerate, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. If you want to company that you can trust to do the right thing, look no further.
I can't recommend 911 Service Today highly enough! Our technician, Jamie, was extremely helpful and also a pleasure to speak with when he came to repair our washing machine and dish washer. Both appliances are now good as new, and I will certainly use the 911 Service and Jamie again if/when needed in the future.
Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Answers phone and returns phone calls. Professional service!! Highly recommend!!
From the time I picked up the phone I had a great experience. Communication was on point, Troy the service tech was super polite and professional and when I got my estimate for repair they told me I may be Bree off buying a new one as the cost for repair was so close to that. That was a display of high integrity in book!
Torrey and the all the staff are always a delight to deal with- plus they did it to you straight
If you are thrilled with paying a $190.00 service fee and not getting your appliances fixed, be sure and call this company.
Can’t say enough good things about Blair. Super nice and funny and was able to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher pretty quickly. Unfortunately the cost of the repair didn’t make sense especially since it was a Samsung brand. However, Blair gave us great advice on other brands to buy and also advice on our…
Super great service. Spent their time carefully fixing a Miele dishwasher. Went over and above to get it working. Family business that really cares. I’d use them every time.
Torrey was amazing! He is professional and personable. His explanations were clear and understandable. Even my cat liked him! I would always ask for him to take care of my appliances and will recommend him to my friends. In fact, the recommendation of my next-door neighbor was how I found 911 Service. Their…
Excellent follow-up to a leakage issue; issue is permanently resolved!
We’ve called 911 for our Miele clothes dryer and more recently Miele dishwasher. These appliances are 14 years old. The repair technicians that came were very well versed in these appliances and worked effectively to make the necessary fixes. The DW was a bit more finicky as it alternated between working fine or…
arrived on time and did a great job
Great service! On time, polite and professional. Blair was great! I understand and all technicians are retired service personal. An added assurance! I highly recommend this company .
These people are wonderful ! Emily at the office was so kind and Blair came and fixed the problem very quickly. A great local business charging a fair price.
Very professional service personnel and very responsive. It’s hard to find quality repair services but this is one that I will continue to use
I have used 911 on four occasions on different appliances. On each and every one, they were prompt, professional and more importantly, they fixed my problem the first time. I recommend them highly. A special shout out to our tech, Andrew, and to their superior support staff who answer the phones and schedule…
Our repairman Blair was punctual, incredibly friendly, and did a great job fixing and explaining the issue. 911 Service Today is a dream resource for a homeowner who needs a helping hand. I'd give a sixth star if I could!
1st rate in every detail. Highly recommend!
Blair from 911 diagnosed and fixed both our dishwasher and our microwave. The appliances are only a few years old, so he suggested calling Whirlpool to request complimentary parts even though the units were out of warranty. That worked, which was a huge cost savings, especially for the dishwasher. Whirlpool kept…
911 was able to send a technician out almost immediately. Brandon was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned a week later to install a motor which had to be ordered. A follow up phone call from 911 the following day to make sure everything was working correctly was appreciated.
