Extremely Disappointing Experience- Property Damage- Lack of Accountability. I am extremely disappointed with this company and feel others should be aware of our experience before hiring them. A technician spent approximately one hour repairing our dryer and charged us $544.36, including $275 in labor. While he…
What a great job Stan fixing my dryer this morning. He had such a fantastic attitude, knowledge and patience.
Mr Torrey Stensvad came out today and fixed my dryer. I have had 3 previous service calls and no one could fix it. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this kind and knowledgeable gentleman. I am so appreciative. Thank you Mr Stensvad. I will always recommend this gentleman and your services. Thank you so much.
Jamie arrived before the window of time that I was given and was highly professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and had it fixed in no time. He generally checked and serviced both my washer and my dryer and advised me of things to keep them running smoothly like load size and preferred…
Pretty disappointed in these guys.. I told them what the issue was on the phone (currently on job site and tenants in the house need the dryer fixed). I had spare parts ready - their technician stayed for less than 30 mins and then drastically misdiagnosed the issue. Got a quote for $800 saying it was a bent drum,…
THE BEST
On time for appointment, very knowledgeable and efficient.
Excellent customer service and communication from the customer service representatives--Rose and Emily-' and the technician, Jamie. All were very friendly and helpful.
The technicians at 911 service today were knowledgeable and serviced our dryer very quickly! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs appliances serviced.
Had a heating element go out on my dryer and the shocks go out on my washer. The team came out, assessed the problem, got the parts ordered and had me back up and running in no time. Thanks!
Tory was quick, efficient and informative. Send him anytime. Cost was reasonable. I feel like I was treated fairly.
We had a great experience with 911 Service Today. Arik was incredibly fast, friendly, and personable. He got our dryer fixed in no time. Highly recommend his services!
I’ve relied on 911 Service for years, and they’ve consistently been fantastic. My favorite technician, Blair, has practically become part of the household at this point. I joke that he’s serviced every appliance in the house, along with the past and present versions of those same appliances. Blair is always…
Leonard was excellent in providing service to my dryer. He was on time, finished the work in the time he stated, made sure that the vent was clean, and cleaned up behind the washer and dryer.
Kevin was awesome! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show me the problem once he had completed the repair and replacing of the part. Highly recommend Kevin and this company! Signing off as, "One very happy customer"! 😊 Five stars +
**used the company again—great work/communication as usual I’ve used 911 Service a couple times in the past and just recently. I’ve forgotten how professional and helpful they have been—and with different appliances. No one wants to be screwed over by shady repairmen. Multiple times they’ve come through with…
A+ customer service all around from start to finish...What a positive and refreshing experience! Great people and a great company that runs like a well-oiled machine. What more could you possibly want when it comes to appliance repair? From scheduling, diagnosis and repair to follow up -- each touchpoint was…
Very prompt and professional service. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and ordered the part (on an older washer) which was installed the following week. Great follow up after completion of services was also done which is rarely seen these days. I highly recommend their business for any repair services and I promise you will not be disappointed!
Had a Samsung dryer that stopped heating. Jamie, the technician, came earlier than scheduled due to a previously canceled appointment and arrived less than his 10 min estimated arrival time. He diagnosed the problem and showed great perseverance to ensure that my dryer was working properly before he left. He had to…
Jamie was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issue quickly. He had the parts with him and my dryer is back up and working again. Thanks for the great service!
Three Very professional gentlemen serviced my dryer. I believe one was a trainee. They were friendly, neat and went straight to my problem and fixed it! Excellent Work and Excellent Service! I highly recommend them.
What an amazing company!! From time of call to finish of repair was less than 2 hours. Simply unheard of these days! Connie in customer service could not have been nicer or more helpful.
1/2 hour and all fixed. Highly recommend.
The technician was prompt, professional, and courteous. He went over and above what he had to do to see the repair and diagnosis of the problem was done in the best way possible. I would absolutely recommend him as a technician to anyone needing appliance repair.
Blair is the best.
Blair with 911 repair was so personable and such a great technician. He took the time to get the job done and explained what he was doing. He’s repaired another appliance in the past and I immediately remembered him because of his great personality and kind demeanor! Thanks Blair!!
Torrey and the all the staff are always a delight to deal with- plus they did it to you straight
Blair and Jamie were AWESOME!!! We had been without a dryer for 6 months until they showed up. It took 3 trips but they wouldn’t give up until the dryer was fixed. These guys made our week!!!
I don't typically leave reviews, in part because I don't love that many businesses seem entitled to 5 star reviews. It's not their fault, Google makes them critical to online marketing. In this case though, 911 Service 100% earned it. Blair and his associate came out right on time to fix my dryer with the parts…
I've used 911 for several appliance repairs. They are always professional and competent. Blair was fantastic. He offered advice on working with the manufacturer to help the cover the cost of my dryer that was 1 month out of warranty. I'd recommend them for any appliance repair
911 Service Today arrived on time and fixed my dryer quickly. They told me the price to come out and let me know there was no further charge for the problem once they diagnosed the problem except for the part. This is the second appliance they have repaired for me. Both were at a great price and they are exceptionally professional!! Highly recommended!!
A great company. Very service orientated. Arrived on time and the technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable. Will use them again
First time using them They were highly recommended by a close friend. I was very impressed. They were very professional, explained their fees upfront, and were on time and reasonable. Most importantly, they fixed the problem. They are definitely my go-to appliance repair folks.
Awesome service! They were able to come within the hour and had the issue diasgnosed and my dryer up and running in no time. Such nice technicians, recommend 100 percent!
My dryer went out and 911 came out and fixed it promptly. It ended up causing the technician some grief, so he called his supervisor for assistance and he quickly responded and came over to help. They followed up with me twice to make sure the dryer was performing correctly and that I was still pleased with their…
Just had my Samsung dryer diagnosed & fixed today by Branden. He was fantastic! Really considerate and super quick. Even found time to joke around with my kids. Thanks!
My dryer belt broke in March. I called 911 appliance repair for help. They were professional, quick, and the price was fairly reasonable $150. 3 months later the belt broke again, they sent the same repair person and replaced the belt. The belt itself was still under warranty, so I only had to pay for the labor…
Wonderful people to work with and very knowledgeable repairmen. This company is my go to when needing repairs on my appliances. Highly recommended!
Andy arrived on time. Wore a mask (thank you), figured out the problem with the dryer—and even better- had the part on his truck. All and all a very good experience.
Our window for service was in jeopardy because our electricity went out in the neighborhood an hour before Andrew was suppose to arrive. Thankfully he still managed to make it to our home and fix our dryer that day. He was very nice and explained everything he did when he finished and I heard my dryer running…
