I can't recommend 911 Service Today highly enough! Our technician, Jamie, was extremely helpful and also a pleasure to speak with when he came to repair our washing machine and dish washer. Both appliances are now good as new, and I will certainly use the 911 Service and Jamie again if/when needed in the future.
Excellent service, on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, and even follow up to make sure the repairs were good! They came back after a week to check a leak and fixed it for free. They stand behind their work, highly recommended!!

Managed to get our 14yo dryer working in less than 2 hrs. Thought the diagnostic/ visit fee was a bit much, thankfully they had the materials with them so they didn't have to come back. Would definitely use again as more people immediately replace items instead of trying to fix them.

Very easy to schedule. Office staff & technician were extremely professional and informative. Office requested the model # of my dryer prior to the service call so that the technician could bring any parts that they had in inventory. Service call & repair made the same day!
