Drew and team are awesome. Highly recommend 911 appliance repair.
I can't recommend 911 Service Today highly enough! Our technician, Jamie, was extremely helpful and also a pleasure to speak with when he came to repair our washing machine and dish washer. Both appliances are now good as new, and I will certainly use the 911 Service and Jamie again if/when needed in the future.
Excellent service, on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, and even follow up to make sure the repairs were good! They came back after a week to check a leak and fixed it for free. They stand behind their work, highly recommended!!
Torrey and the all the staff are always a delight to deal with- plus they did it to you straight
I had a washer and dryer that were under warranty and the manufacturer set me up with 911 Service Today. Over the course of approximately 4 months, dealing with the horrible customer service of the manufacturer, 911 was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient with the the entire process. Their phone responses…
Thank you for a great experience and quick response. Service was excellent!
Technician was on time, prepared and knew exactly what the problem was when he arrived. I will definitely be calling 911 Appliance again for my next repair.
Tory came out to check my washer and it was a simple fix. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use 911 Service Today again. Thank y'all so much!
Managed to get our 14yo dryer working in less than 2 hrs. Thought the diagnostic/ visit fee was a bit much, thankfully they had the materials with them so they didn't have to come back. Would definitely use again as more people immediately replace items instead of trying to fix them.
Excellent response. I had the pleasure of a service call from Blair and Jacob, who diagnosed and fixed a washing machine issue. Quick, professional, and painless--they not only resolved my problem but made me feel like a friend in the process. No doubt who I will call for any future issues!
Very easy to schedule. Office staff & technician were extremely professional and informative. Office requested the model # of my dryer prior to the service call so that the technician could bring any parts that they had in inventory. Service call & repair made the same day! I will definitely be using 911 Service again.
Definitely Call Them... they were wonderful. Very quickly took care of us. Affordable and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them agian!
Very professional and excellent job replacing the heating element in our dryer
A1 service!!! Highly recommended
We’ve called 911 for our Miele clothes dryer and more recently Miele dishwasher. These appliances are 14 years old. The repair technicians that came were very well versed in these appliances and worked effectively to make the necessary fixes. The DW was a bit more finicky as it alternated between working fine or…
911 Service Today was fantastic. Very professional and friendly. The Technician Torry was great to talk to and explained the issue and repair very well. Will 100% use them again for future repairs. Thank you 911 Service Today!
The technician arrived on time and ensured he explored all possible causes to the problem before letting me know what the problem was and showing me how he fixed it. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend
911 Service Today is excellent. Blair was our technician. He was punctual, super friendly and very informative. I received a phone call from the office the day before he came over as a reminder. I also received a call the day after the washer was fixed because 911 wanted to make sure we were happy. The ladies that…
Prompt and professional repair. I have used them several times wirh positive results on each job
Great Company, Fixed my washer in no time and great price too
They were friendly, helpful, and fixed the dryer quickly and easily! We are so grateful that the only problem was a fuse! I appreciate an honest company with hard working employees. I'll spread the word! Thank you!
Dryer wouldn’t heat, tech diagnosed as bad high limit switch, reset it. Two weeks later same thing. This time they replaced it. Andrew is very knowledgable and won’t sell you parts you don’t need. They only use quality parts, are quick to respond , will quote you a price before any work is done. Once on the job they are very fast in completing the repair.
By far, the best appliance repair service I’ve ever used. Brandon, our technician, is always on time, courteous, and explains our problem and repair in a way that’s easy to understand. Highly recommend 911 Service Today.
Torrey did a great job fixing our dryer. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will use this company for any/all of my appliance repairs in the future.
Very happy with the service and technician all very professional. This is our second time and will use again if need be. Thank you very much.
Great experience. Had part in hand and repaired quickly. Price was very reasonable as well. When an issue came up with the repair (wound up being a blown fuse) , the customer service team (Emily and Connie I believe) and the tech (Torrey) were quick to respond and get back out to troubleshoot and take care of it immediately. Highly recommended!
Torrey was very friendly and professional. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. I only gave four stars because of a lack of understanding about the warranty process which caused a delay for the repair. Other than that, 911 was great.
