Will, Dave and the AAA team were recommended by our local gym, and they were just terrific for our home treadmill. They were communicative, quick to schedule, and kept at it (despite some challenges) until the job was done right. We appreciate it and are glad to have a repair partner we can count on!

AAA prepared a sophisticated weight machine, a recumbent bike, and an elliptical for cross-country shipping. The goal with the weight machine was to disassemble such that someone else can assemble it out west. They carefully labeled and made videos of the project for future reference. These guys do great work.

William is beyond professional, knowledgeable and kind. He truly went above and beyond for me, repairing my machine, moving it up and down 5 flights of stairs, breaking it down and reassembling it multiple times. I highly recommend him!

Will disassembled our Horizon treadmill for removal from house, pre-move, and carried it to our garage, then reassembled it.
Five months later, we hired him to do the reverse, disassemble in garage and move down a spiral stair to basement.
Done and done. Bravo, Will (and son)!

Great company to work with. William was straight forward from the first phone call, didn't give me any sort of runaround like the other companies did. He helped me source a hard to find product even before I agreed to work with him and as soon as it arrived he scheduled the install. Would definitely recommend!
Response from the owner · a year ago
Hello Mr. Bellas,
We really appreciate the great review! William’s all about being upfront and delivering results, and we’re glad that came through. Thanks for trusting us—glad we could get you exactly what you needed.

From start to finish this was a 5 star XP. I visited their website to get a quote and got one within 24 hours. Other providers, no such luck. Plus the quote I did receive from AAA was $75 less expensive . The technician who arrive (on time) was a true expert, and answered all my questions. I was wondering if I could lubricate my belt on my own, and he explained to me all the nuances. Total professional. Highly recommend!
