The service was quick and efficient.The technician, Sergei, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was notified by text when he was on his way and he arrived within my time slot and wore shoe covers to keep outside dirt outside.
Our repairman, Sergei, worked efficiently and professionally to replace the faulty oven ignitor, and after completing the work, chatted with us in a personable and friendly manner. We were very satisfied with his work.

Needed a repair of a double oven that the top oven wouldn’t heat
This is my first time using this company for appliance repairs but it won't be my last. My technician, Ten Z, was very professional, courteous and on time. A+ Appliance is a very good company to have on hand. My appliance was diagnosed on Monday and fixed the next day! Also, they have very reasonable prices, too.
The repair technician came during the alloted time and once I explained my problem he immediately checked it out. He explained what the issue was and once I gave him the go ahead, he quickly repaired my oven. If needed, I wouldl use this service again.
I really appreciated the quick response. We called on Sunday about an issue with our oven, got an appointment for Tuesday. After the initial assessment on Tuesday, the mechanic came back the next day with the required parts and fixed the oven.
There were no services provided but they were very communicative about the work needing to be done and prompt in providing an estimate of the cost of the repairs
We had a two hour time window for the repair which allowed us to plan our day. Ali was on time and explained everything and was most pleasant to deal with.
Very professionals. They responded promptly to the request and arrived on time. The technician, Ali, was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem with our oven in a detailed manner and fixed it. He was also ver considerate. He even wore shoe-covers not to dirt the floors and left everything clean.
