Our repairman, Sergei, worked efficiently and professionally to replace the faulty oven ignitor, and after completing the work, chatted with us in a personable and friendly manner. We were very satisfied with his work.
So happy with A+ Repair. Vitaly came to my home and fixed my oven that had stopped heating up or igniting. Vitally arrived promptly, at the time he was expected. Needed a repair of a double oven that the top oven wouldn’t heat
This is my first time using this company for appliance repairs but it won't be my last. My technician, Ten Z, was very professional, courteous and on time. A+ Appliance is a very good company to have on hand. My appliance was diagnosed on Monday and fixed the next day! Also, they have very reasonable prices, too.
The repair technician came during the alloted time and once I explained my problem he immediately checked it out. He explained what the issue was and once I gave him the go ahead, he quickly repaired my oven. If needed, I wouldl use this service again.
I really appreciated the quick response. We called on Sunday about an issue with our oven, got an appointment for Tuesday. After the initial assessment on Tuesday, the mechanic came back the next day with the required parts and fixed the oven.
There were no services provided but they were very communicative about the work needing to be done and prompt in providing an estimate of the cost of the repairs
We had a two hour time window for the repair which allowed us to plan our day. Ali was on time and explained everything and was most pleasant to deal with.
Very professionals. They responded promptly to the request and arrived on time. The technician, Ali, was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem with our oven in a detailed manner and fixed it. He was also ver considerate. He even wore shoe-covers not to dirt the floors and left everything clean.
Sergei arrived early for the appointment, which I saw as a plus. I explained the issue that was going on with my oven, and he immediately went to work. Within about 10-15 minutes, he told me what the solution would be and provided a very reasonable quote. After I accepted the quote, he replaced the igniter switch…
Same day service. Very quick in and out with everything fixed.
Professional, efficient, honest. What more could you want. We were serviced by Sergei and he was excellent!
A bit pricey but the work was completed in a timely manner. Warranty for work and parts are only 30 days.
Great customer service. Very professional.
Phenomenal service on our 25 year-old gas oven. Prompt, knowledgeable & courteous. I highly recommend them!
Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable tech that was able to fix problems with upscale, commercial oven in record time. Very happy with experience. Would recommend
Repair went great! Our tech was not very friendly and short at first but maybe because it was cold outside and he couldn’t reach me 🫤🫤🫤. He worked efficiently and we got some smiles before he left 😃😃😃thanks for coming out so quickly to help us avoid buying a new oven we can’t afford right now ! ☺️
Did a good job, on time and job was completed quick

Ken came and diagnosed the issue with our Dacor oven which wasn't heating in the top of the double oven. He returned a second time to repair the unit. He was very professional and helpful. I was very pleased with Ken and his work.
