The service was excellent. They arrived promptly and quoted me a fair price. They fixed what I needed in a timely manner. 10/10 would definitely use them again.
The washer ran for one load and stopped again. They said they would come back to look at it again but did not. Also they charge for both a diagnostic fee and a repair fee. Typically vendors only charge the diagnostic fee if you don't proceed with the work.
