From the first phone call through the completion of the job i was very pleased. Deon D was the repair tech sent for the job (oven repair and dishwasher repair) He was respectful of my home, he was friendly and informative and had the job done quickly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again if need arises.
Technician did a great job of diagnosing and testing. My only thing is that I was charged a fee for "putting back on" one of the sprayer arms that had come off. It had to have been a 2 minute job and the fee was way over what should have been charged. It came off again later and I was able to just put it back in place in minutes.
