This was my 2nd time using AAA APPLIANCE, and I must say so far I've had wonderful, respectful, and well mannered young men service my appliances! I really appreciated Daniel's service today in this fridget weather. I really wasn't expecting the problem to be major, but I also wasn't expecting him to find the…
Be 0pen waiting for a repair since January1st. Today it still not working, but I think it might be fixed tomorrow Fingers crossed
Communication with THE AAA Appliance Center was great. Phone calls, emails and text messages were all handled very professionally. Joe was our service tech and he quickly figured out the problem and explained next steps which required ordering some replacement parts which only took a couple of days. While the…
Great customer service. The service technician was professional, wore shoe covers and explained exactly what he was going to fix. I would highly recommend AAA Appliance Service Center
Easy to schedule and quick service.
Communication from the dispatch and tech was great. Joe fixed the problem in 30 min.
From the first phone call through the completion of the job i was very pleased. Deon D was the repair tech sent for the job (oven repair and dishwasher repair) He was respectful of my home, he was friendly and informative and had the job done quickly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again if need arises.
Technician did a great job of diagnosing and testing. My only thing is that I was charged a fee for "putting back on" one of the sprayer arms that had come off. It had to have been a 2 minute job and the fee was way over what should have been charged. It came off again later and I was able to just put it back in place in minutes.
Rob S worked diligently to determine and fix the issue with our dishwasher.
Professionally job done. Technician was courteous and explanatory. He did clean job changing sink disposal.
Great work
I recommend this company for any of your needs on any of your appliance. They’re very prompt, responsive, respectable, and very easy to talk to.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have had AAA out for a few different appliances and both experiences where great! Highly recommend.
Technician was knowledgeable, polite & answered all my questions
Overdue review for wonderful Isaac from AAA Appliance!! We had put off inspecting our failing dishwasher, oven, and washing machine for years to avoid slimy service people who we couldn't trust to be honest without upselling us for exorbitant commissions. Isaac from AAA Appliance truly gifted us with an entirely…
Glad to have found a go-to appliance repair company—prompt, efficient, and cost less than I thought it might.

Had to have my dishwasher repaired. Rob S was the tech, and he was great! Arrived at the requested time and repaired the issue. Very friendly and explained everything. Thank you!!
I would have given four stars however when I called to schedule service for my broken dishwasher, I explained exactly what the problem was and I gave the make and model number the person on the phone. When the repair person showed up, they diagnosed the issue, which was exactly what I had told the person on the…
We are very happy with the service Daniel provided for our LG ice maker and washing machine. We were given a date/ time to arrive and also a heads up when he was almost at our house. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely call them for any further issues.
I had a very positive experience with this group! The technician sent out to my home was professional, courteous, and made the repairs in a timely manner.
This company is a joke, still waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed. They were out once, the wrong parts were ordered so they had to order the correct ones, waited a week, never heard from them, they NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS, now I had to wait for those. The part was actually delivered yesterday but got a message the…
Didn't know the tech was onsite, didn't see anything new in the dish washer. Please call and let me know when he is onsite.

The gentleman that came to do the service were professional, polite, and very efficient. II highly recommend them!
The technician was courteous and professional, but only spent about 20-30 minutes assessing the appliance. He then informed us that the necessary replacement part was discontinued, and therefore the dishwasher could not be repaired. The only suggested solution was to replace the unit entirely. While we understand…

Dishwasher that was installed and flooded my brand new kitchen. This company has not done a single thing about, has not reached out in any way shape or form after 3 emails sent and at least 7+ calls. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The person who scheduled our appointment was helpful and polite. She worked with our schedule and happily gave us a date that we requested. In the few days leading up to the appointment, we received email and text confirmations. The day of the appointment, we were…
Not only did Isaac diagnose the problem with my dishwasher, he gave me some tips for its upkeep. He was on time, pleasant, and professional.
It took a couple of visits, but the full extent or repairs needed was diagnosed by John. The cost was quite expensive and since the dishwasher was just out of warranty, I called the manufacturer to ask if there was anything they could do. They came through and provided parts and I paid for labor. It probably helped…
Professional and on time!
The technician, David, did an excellent job of repairing our appliances. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Would recommend him to anyone
Terrible. Lisa, the receptionist on the phone has a horrible attitude problem EVERY TIME we've called. Not the least bit interested in helping. Had them repair our dishwasher and change the motor. Really professional, from scheduling to service call. Got a same-day service call and Ivan did a great job fixing the dishwasher and answering my questions about maintenance. This was my first time using them but they will be my go-to for future appliance repairs/service.
Braydon was my technician. He was friendly and helped me with my dishwasher. I learned alot. He's a keeper;)
Braydon could not have been a better repair man. The guy came out because multiple items continued to break on the dishwasher that we had for less than a year. Not only was he effective I fixing each issue every time there was one, he was also communicative and punctual in ordering the required parts and setting up…
Perfect experience with AAA Appliance! They scheduled us immediately to repair our dishwasher and Braydon did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the appliance and was able to complete the repair on the spot. All is working great now! Would definitely call again - highly recommend them!
We had Dave - he was right on time and found the problem immediately . He ran a test cycle and was done and out within a half hour!
Courteous, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Efficient. Both times that the repairman came out he was here gone in 15 minutes each time - the 1st time to diagnose the problem and the 2nd to fix the problem.
My experience with AAA and specifically Adam was fantastic. We can encountered a number of issues with Home Depot installation, but AAA (as LG warranty) was able to help make it right. Extremely responsive and professional, they gave us one less thing to worry about. Highly recommended!
Braydon from AAA out of the park ridge, IL location, was extremely professional, answered all of the questions that I had and was very patient with me. I will absolutely recommend this company to all of my friends and family for any needs they may have.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. My dishwasher is working again. Thank You
My experience with triple A wasn’t very pleasant. Adam, the tech that was sent out to my house worked on my dishwasher. He was visibly having a hard time with the machine and it got to the point were he was frustrated with it and ended up doing a very mediocre job. Now my dishwasher door feels very flimsy and the…
Just had my dishwasher fix by John he was very nice , and professional . He was also very helpful also informative about the dishwasher . Would use them again for any other repairs .
Wonderful experience! A lot of people have lost that compassion for other people during these covid times. But not AAA, Brayden came by on time and it didn't take him more than 5 minutes to figure out the issue. He was very kind and even kept conversations going with my very talkative kids. It was a great experience. Thank you!
Braydon correctly identified the issue in his first visit and parts came in on time which were installed. 5 star experience and I am definitely using AAA Appliance service center again for any future needs. You guys rock! Happy holidays to you and your team.
Ivan was great. He came out, assessed the issue with our dishwasher, then ordered the parts, and scheduled the follow up appointment within an hour of leaving. Quick and professional, no complaints.
They were able to come out on short notice, the day before Thanksgiving to service my dishwasher. Talking to an actual person to set up the appointment was a great change of pace!
