Great initial response to the issue, diagnosis, and follow-up service. The tech was excellent and professional! Speed Queen has a great warranty servicer in AAA! Thanks, Alan Oates
Great Job, good communication, fast.
Fast, efficient, friendly. Thanks!
I received outstanding service from Joe! Joe quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts (which arrived faster than expected) & installed them. I was professional, courteous & I appreciate Joe’s expertise.
Prompt service and very knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend
I gave them 5 stars even though there was a problem. We received a box with parts in it. We were not suppose to open it but I did. The repair man was suppose to open it. AAA Apliance kept telling us that more parts were suppose to come. It had been weeks and nothing came. Finally a man answered the phone when I…
Easy to schedule appointment. Technician communicated well about arrival time within 4hr arrival time window and explained what the issue was.
The technician Daniel did a great job. He worked on my Electrolux washer at one point and this time it’s my dryer. Both are working nicely.
Tech showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and accurately. Thank you!
Warranty work was provided through AAA. Joe is very knowledgeable and had our dryer fixed in little to no time. Thank you for taking the stress out of unexpected appliance repairs.

Second time I used AAA appliance service center. I would recommend them. Customer service agents that answered my phone calls were helpful l. The technician that responded, Isaac, was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Isaac.

Highly recommend John from AAA Service Center. He fixed our dryer quickly and was punctual, friendly, professional, and great at communication throughout the entire process. We were also able to get an appointment right away, which was a huge plus. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, and John made the whole experience easy and stress-free
Great service!! Pete came out and new exactly where the problem was. Thanks for the on time and great service.
AAA did a great job...they were timely, courteous and very knowledgeable.
They got me on the schedule quickly, responded to texts, were really knowledgeable and pleasant when diagnosing. Then they ordered the part right away and were able to come and install a day early. Great service!
Pete was great, diagnosed and repaired “rattle” in new Speed Queen dryer
AAA quickly scheduled my initial appointment to assess a problem that I had with my washer & dryer. Rob the technician diagnosed the major problem after questioning me and consulting with the engineers. It took a couple visits due to needing parts but he got everything working again. I like the consistency of…
5 star professional service thanks
Great service. The technician notified me when he was on his way, arrived well-prepared, and repaired my dryer quickly.
Steve was terrific. Thanks AAA
Technicians were very professional, but there was three of them obviously not sure if they were all trained properly
Great service all around.
Great service with diagnostics, parts ordered and return for repair in three days.
AAA couldn't keep the original appointment time/date that was promised, but they were able to come out several days later. Once they actually were on site they were able to fix the problem with my dryer.
Great tech and service.
The best service I ever had, recommend everyone to AAA APPLIANCE SERVICE.
Our repairman man, Isaac, was outstanding. Listened to my concerns, did a thorough job of looking at the dryer, and answered all my questions. Very pleasant person, genuinely concerned about solving our problems. Highly recommended!
If I could do zero stars I would. The repair technician didn’t even check to see if my dryer was repaired as he never even turned the gas back on and NO it is still broken AFTER 3 visits!!!
Absolutely wonderful service…fair and honest! I will use them again!!!
Friendly, effective, professional, great communication. Will use again!
The service tech, Peter, was very kind and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing, also cleaned up after he completed his work. Peter and were all of my questions, and did not rush to compete his work. My repair was covered under my home warranty policy, so I am not sure what the final cost was for the…
AAA came out to look at our broken dryer. They recommended buying a new dryer instead of having them fix it since it would cost only a little more and I would get a warranty. I really appreciated their honesty even though that meant they did not get the job. I will definitely call them again.
Timely and very honest. Gave good professional advice and recommendations that were not salesy.
