Prompt service and very knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend
I gave them 5 stars even though there was a problem. We received a box with parts in it. We were not suppose to open it but I did. The repair man was suppose to open it. AAA Apliance kept telling us that more parts were suppose to come. It had been weeks and nothing came. Finally a man answered the phone when I…
Easy to schedule appointment. Technician communicated well about arrival time within 4hr arrival time window and explained what the issue was.
The technician Daniel did a great job. He worked on my Electrolux washer at one point and this time it’s my dryer. Both are working nicely.
Tech showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and accurately. Thank you!

AAA quickly scheduled my initial appointment to assess a problem that I had with my washer & dryer. Rob the technician diagnosed the major problem after questioning me and consulting with the engineers. It took a couple visits due to needing parts but he got everything working again. I like the consistency of…

Great service all around.
Great service with diagnostics, parts ordered and return for repair in three days.
AAA couldn't keep the original appointment time/date that was promised, but they were able to come out several days later. Once they actually were on site they were able to fix the problem with my dryer.
Great tech and service.
The best service I ever had, recommend everyone to AAA APPLIANCE SERVICE.
Our repairman man, Isaac, was outstanding. Listened to my concerns, did a thorough job of looking at the dryer, and answered all my questions. Very pleasant person, genuinely concerned about solving our problems. Highly recommended!
If I could do zero stars I would. The repair technician didn’t even check to see if my dryer was repaired as he never even turned the gas back on and NO it is still broken AFTER 3 visits!!!
Absolutely wonderful service…fair and honest! I will use them again!!!
Friendly, effective, professional, great communication. Will use again!
The service tech, Peter, was very kind and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing, also cleaned up after he completed his work. Peter and were all of my questions, and did not rush to compete his work. My repair was covered under my home warranty policy, so I am not sure what the final cost was for the…
AAA came out to look at our broken dryer. They recommended buying a new dryer instead of having them fix it since it would cost only a little more and I would get a warranty. I really appreciated their honesty even though that meant they did not get the job. I will definitely call them again.
Timely and very honest. Gave good professional advice and recommendations that were not salesy.
AAA Appliance showed up in the timeframe they promised and fixed the issue with my dryer.

If these guys were in the business of wasting customers time then 5 stars all day. All jokes aside my dryer has been repaired 3 times by this company and only has gotten worse. The cherry on top would be after the last repair the vent was not connected and was blowing exhaust all over my laundry room and kitchen.…
My dryer was broken. They emailed me letting me know they'd send me a timeframe soon. Got the email with the timeframe in which they would show up, which they did. Also, was in and out in 25 minutes and picked up any and all trash that was from the installation of a new part. So cant complain got what I needed in a timely manner!
Dryer was fixed for a third time..Technicians do a fine job fixing the problem due to a design flaw.Never buy a washer/dryer all in one unit.——— they don’t dry properly (especially GE ) bought a 5 year warranty—— thank God. Service who sets up the service appointment are usless ask ridiculous questions just make the…

Communication before the day of service and the day of service was OUTSTANDING! Pete, our technician went “above and beyond the call of duty” He stated he smelled a little gas - he reconnected the gas line and applied a sealant. After our service call, the Dryer hardly makes a sound!! Thank you
Issac was very professional and thorough unable to correct everything but was able to give me info about vent cleaning
We have a 20 year old combo washer/drier unit that i had someone come out late last year (not AAA appliance) to look at because the drum was not sitting correctly. That person did a quick clean and said it was good to go. i assumed they were right but over the past few months the drum still wasn't sitting right and…
Awesome service. Isaac was great, resolved the issue in the first visit. The only suggestion I have is if they can provide a smaller schedule window, that will make the experience even better. Thanks.

Josh arrived within the timeframe, tested the dryer, made recommendations, then left. We've very satisfied with the visit. This man should be given a raise!
Highly recommend AAA Appliance Service, they are trained, knowledgeable and professional. Will use for all my appliance repairs.
Thorough analysis of the issue, and straightforward advice; in this case NOT to repair but rather replace, even though it would have of course been in AAA's interest to repair.
Pleasant , professional and explained things thoroughly.
Basilia was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely competent! She’s the best! Staff on phone was also very helpful— overall, a great service experience!!
