Excellent, thorough and friendly service. I just used the stove for the first time in months, and start up was smooth, with the replacement of the recalled part.
Rob was polite, proficient, on-time and personable. He was very knowledgable about my range and was very thorough in testing all the issues.
Both technicians, John and Deon, were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and did the work quickly and efficiently.

Technician Showed up for the repair and came in, put booties on his shoes, which I really appreciate and was able to figure out the issue with the oven in less than 10 minutes, Everything worked he showed me and he was done and out the door. Super nice guy!

The technician was pleasant to deal with and explained things well. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about my stove. He completed the work promptly and advised me to call if any issues came up. This was all covered under the warranty I had. I recommend them and will use them again if any further issues arise.

Joe from AAA Appliance came out to handle a recall issue with our oven and had the whole thing wrapped up in less than 10 minutes. Scheduling was a breeze, and the day off I received updates as Joe was on his way with ETAs and a live map to track arrival time. Very happy with the service and the recall repair!
Had issue with the oven not warming. Joe came by today and found the ignitor was failing. Replaced the ignitor quickly. Joe was a professional who knew what he was doing. Also a very personable man. I would recommend him.
