Excellent, thorough and friendly service. I just used the stove for the first time in months, and start up was smooth, with the replacement of the recalled part.
Rob was polite, proficient, on-time and personable. He was very knowledgable about my range and was very thorough in testing all the issues.
Both technicians, John and Deon, were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and did the work quickly and efficiently.

This was the 5th service man that I had out to try to fix a problem with a new oven that had a crooked door. The first 4 were from ABT and they couldn’t fully resolve the problem. AAA realized that it was the control panel that was on crooked! I’m so happy to have a resolution.
