Communications from AAA Home Office were outstanding. From the initial conversation to the installation day, AAA service agent and technician were thorough and on time. After reporting our freezer issue to Frigidaire, we were contacted by AAA Appliance. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. They ordered the necessary part (covered under warranty - so no charge) and installed it quickly. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend AAA.

We had a great experience. Communication of timing from the start was wonderful the day before our appointment. The Tech was on time, identified the problem quickly, and was able to make the repair the same day.

AAA Appliance Service representative are always knowledgeable and very friendly. I have not had any negative experience with AAA, and sadly, I do contact them quite often. The technicians are on time and courteous. Our extended warranty is most certainly appreciated and therefore we do not need to pay for trip charges nor parts. Thank you for all you do.

We were very happy with AAA. Ryan S diagnosed the problem quickly on our LG washing machine. They ordered the needed part and installed within the week so we were only without a washing machine for less than one week. We would definitely recommend AAA for appliance repairs.This is the 3rd time we have had them out to repair appliances in our home.
