Communications from AAA Home Office were outstanding. From the initial conversation to the installation day, AAA service agent and technician were thorough and on time. The tech even cleaned up after he finished the repairs. I was so Impressed that I shared my great experience with several of my friends. Thank you AAA Appliance Service Center.
After reporting our freezer issue to Frigidaire, we were contacted by AAA Appliance. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. They ordered the necessary part (covered under warranty - so no charge) and installed it quickly. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend AAA.
Every single person I spoke to at AAA was helpful, kind, and professional. Shout out to Isaac specifically. Now we have a brand new refrigerator again - Highly, highly recommend!
Everyone was so nice from my first phone conversation with this company through the repair visit. Joe was kind and friendly and explained everything to me. I will definitely use this company again!
Came out quickly, identified my problem, the tech couldn’t have been nicer. Very good on communication after ordering a part that was required.
Cate was great to work with, communication was clear and he took care of our issue. Thank you so much!
Amazing support, very knowledgeable and timely. Will work with them again every time!
Great communication throughout the whole process. Tech was in, diagnosed, fixed the fridge and was out in no time. Knowledgeable as well. Will keep for reference.
Arrived on time and did repair
Great service Great communication
My fridge still does not work and I have asked for them to send a technician back to me. I was simply told that I should reach out to the warranty provider.
We had a great experience. Communication of timing from the start was wonderful the day before our appointment. The Tech was on time, identified the problem quickly, and was able to make the repair the same day.
I bought a fridge and when it arrived the water line to the water filter was broken. AAA Appliance Service Center was able to fix the issue. They were very professional and knowledgable.
Great technician, efficient service.
Great service. Had an issue with freezer door alignment and repair was complete in about 30min
I was directed to AAA Appliance Service Center through my refrigerator maker's support line and I am glad that I was. They were able to send out a technician the next day and he had the issue identified in around 30 minutes. By the end of the week, they had the part and completed the repair. They also kept me…
AAA Appliance Service representative are always knowledgeable and very friendly. I have not had any negative experience with AAA, and sadly, I do contact them quite often. The technicians are on time and courteous. Our extended warranty is most certainly appreciated and therefore we do not need to pay for trip charges nor parts. Thank you for all you do.
It was a great experience to work with AAA Appliance Service Center - from scheduling to the repair!
We were very happy with AAA. Ryan S diagnosed the problem quickly on our LG washing machine. They ordered the needed part and installed within the week so we were only without a washing machine for less than one week. We would definitely recommend AAA for appliance repairs. This is the 3rd time we have had them out to repair appliances in our home.
Wonderful prompt service. Highly recommend.
Repaired very quickly. Was under warranty. No charge. Great service
Quick and effective service to replace a part due to a refrigerator recall. No cost to us.

repair new Ice dispenser. under full warranty
The gentleman was very nice and professional and prompt. He was knowledgeable about my appliance and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with his work.
Our Galanz fridge had a recall. This was the company sent to replace the part for us. They were able to quickly schedule the appt, and the repair man was in and out in no time. Very polite.
John is knowledgeable and a friendly service tech. He fixed the evaporator fan that wasn't working and hopefully that does the trick. He was in and out within about an hour. The new refrigerators in general do not last like the ones from the 60's, 70's and 80's. They seem to have issues way too soon, as I bought…
They have always given excellent service!
Service was done quickly and tech Deon was very professional.
I booked the service with the expectation that service would occur in a timely manner and be done well. Service tech arrived ahead of schedule, demonstrated knowledge of the product, corrected the problem and no issues since. Thank you.
Deon was very professional and knowledgeable. Figured out what was wrong with our Refrigerator and had parts to repair quickly. High recommend AAA for refrigerator repair.
This is a fraudulent company. Do not work with them no matter what you need fixed, do not let their technicians in your home. I had a refrigerator that needed fixing. I was connected with AAA via my warranty. The 1st time the technician Issac came to my home was a complete waste of time and could have been a zoom…
I will leave a one star because I can’t pick no stars. I will preface by saying that I understand AAA was not responsible for my 4 month old refrigerator going out. However, 22 days without a refrigerator… Well need I say more. AAA was referred to me through our warranty with Frigidaire. Initial discussion to…
The ice-maker in our refrigerator had stopped working. It took one day to diagnose the problem, a day or two for the part to arrive, and the technician was back. He installed it in a few minutes and we had ice in an hour. Great Job AAA Appliance.
Prompt and professional service.
AAA Appliance was so great in everything they did to get me back up in my feet with my crapped out Fisher Packel Fridge. Rob who is the expert tech for this type appliance knew exactly what it needed. Sent for the parts, parts came in on time and Rob replaced them. We are now good to go! Kudos to Rob, and the entire…
Terrible service with the repair process. They came and put some epoxy and a duct tape on the new inner liner crack of my new fridge. I called agent and voiced my concerns. I was told that's the best they can do. Complained to the manufacturer. They rescheduled for another appointment that later that day after 3…
New fridgedare refrigerator 8weeks old Had a defective part. It took awhile to get the part . The repair man was great!! I would use aaa again
Deon was so kind professional quick and knowledgeable! Had nice conversation while fixing my fridge too, which made it less awkward haha. He did an amazing job and cleaned up too. Thanks Deon!!!!!!
Pete S. was my service tech that, after a couple of bumps in the road to get my door replaced on a newly purchased French-door refrigerator, finally accomplished the task. He was professional, made me feel he’d competently get the job done. Pete was pleasant and I was very pleased with this experience.…
The technician arrived in time, knew exactly what he was doing, was professional, kind and thorough!! Not all technicians are like this - we have had several from other companies who were late, incompetent, or rude!
Daniel the service technician from AAA appliance was polite and professional He ordered a part for my refrigerator and it arrived quickly and he was able to install the part quickly as well. I would recommend AAA and Daniel to anyone
Muito bom trabalho. Rápido e eficiente! Recomendo!
AAA Appliance was assigned to me by Frigidaire for a fixed price repair. They provided a text and route map shortly before arrival and were courteous and knowledgeable. Two trips were needed, first to see what parts were needed and second to install the ordered parts. Both were done in a timely and friendly manner. Great experience!
I booked them through the Frigidaire online booking. I got charged through Frigidaire and was told I wouldn’t have to pay for service from this company. They then charged me $175 because “there is no serial number on the freezer” and claimed they wouldn’t get paid by Frigidaire. The model number and serial number is…
I had a very disappointing experience with AAA Appliances regarding a refrigerator repair. I was given an estimate for the repair and later called to schedule the work. During that call, I was told the estimate was being increased by $188 because their employee had forgotten to include a second technician that…
Excellent communication. They fully serviced my refrigerator.
Didn't Fix nothing and kept had the same issue they said they will call me but never did I end up calling them and fixing my own issue.

We had a problem with our new freezer door not sealing properly and the door catching on the basket when opening it up. Peter came to the rescue and had it fixed quickly. I will nowAAA Appliance Service as my choice in the future for all my appliance repairs. Thank you Peter.

The tech from AAA was so helpful and amazing. Even through a frustratingly terrible experience with Cinch Home Warranty. Thanks for the help and making the situation better!
AAA was contracted by Frigidaire warranty and Daniel came to do the servicing. Great job Daniel, he replaced necessary parts and got our frigidator up and running! Daniel was pleasant and talked me through the issues and repairs he completed.
AAA showed up on time and provided answers to any questions. Dion was polite and very thorough. 5 stars!
My 3 year old refrigerator stopped working. AAA came out and diagnosed the issue as main controller. The technician. John L was great. Part order and replace working great now
Many thanks to the service team that reacted quickly and got a technician to our home to deal with a freezer that unexpectedly gave up.

Ryan did a great job of diagnosing and quickly repairing our classic SubZero Refrigerator/Freezer. Thank you!
They were awesome. Kept in contact with me and quick to install parts when they came in. Deon was very professional
John repaired a leak in the hose connected to the ice maker. He was professional, friendly, and efficient—I really appreciated his work.
My Frigidaire freezer broke down after 3 yrs, so I called the company for service. They contacted their preferred vendor, AAA APPLIANCE to service it. AAA sent out one of their technicians (Dion) who was very personable & skilled. A new compressor needed to be ordered after the initial appointment but AAA quickly…
AAA Appliance Service center came an assessed my refrigerator issues. Due a long ongoing problem, my warranty company has decided to contact the manufacturer going forward. Although AAA did not perform the repairs, they diagnosed the problem immediately, met the appointment time and were very courteous and…

Deon did a wonderful job servicing my new fridge. He was knowledeable, efficient, courteous and patient. I would recommend AAA APPLIANCE.
On time. Great service with Daniele
The service technician was phenomenal. He had to come back twice only because the call center needs to take the time to listen to the customer and send the right parts for the right make and model refrigerator. But the technician took photos the first time and knew exactly what was needed and had it all shipped.…
Amazing company!!! Great communication!! Took the tech 5 whole minutes from start to finish to instal the new ice maker. Great company!!!
Quickly isolated the issue - had the part on the truck - installed in minutes
Great service. fast and quick to arrive and fix the issue. Will be using again.
Professional, efficient, and friendly!
AAA Appliance did a great job of repairing our ice maker. Another company wanted to charge us $2000 and AAA charged $195. We are extremely happy with AAA!! Highly recommend them! We feel like we can trust them to get the job done at a fair price.
We called AAA Appliance Services for our dishwasher and refrigerator. The dishwasher needed $600 worth of parts and repairs, so the technician Rob agreed with us to purchase a new machine. The technician repaired the refrigerator. Our condenser was clogged and Rob cleaned it up and it works great. This is the second…
Fast and great repairs to a aging refrigerator freezer.
Both techs i had at my house were friendly and quick with diagnosing and fixing the issues.
My mom, Sherry and I were very happy with Ryan's S. service. He had waited 25 minutes for approval on a part however he replaced and resolved the problem in 2 minutes. Ryan was professional, friendly and efficient. Sherry Tewari & Anita Rothman
AAA Appliance Service Center did a great job! The technician was very experienced, and he immediately knew what the issue was because he had seen it many times before. In fact, he was able to fix in a few minutes what the actual appliance store couldn’t fix during multiple visits!
We recently had two True dual units repaired and AAA was clean and very professional. They came in, made the repairs in a timely manor and even explained everything as they were fixing them. This is a great company and I will be using them in the future.
My technician, Rob S, was fantastic! He was knowledgable about the issue with my Samsung Fridge (ice maker) and I felt very confident with what he was saying. He patiently listened while I vented my frustrations with the warranty company. Even when I had to raise my voice with them he didn’t flinch. He remained…
Repaired my ice maker. Good communication, on time professional.
Absolutely great tech and customer service!
Friendly and knowledgeable service people, great communication, easy to make appointments with quick options
Great service and very friendly! The only issue I had was that there was never an update to the time he was coming until 30 minutes beforehand. Would have appreciated more updates on that just so I could plan my day but other than that very happy!
I'd love to leave a review, but it’s still not functioning properly.
Deon D was great. he friendly and explained what he replacing and he was working on the Refrigerator. My only complaint is that they should have the parts instead of having to wait an extra week to get them replaced
Very professional and excellent service
The tech wasn’t amazing he explained everything on my refrigerator and gave me the price to repair right away. Thank you for the excellent service
Received new refrigerator freezer. Installers couldn’t resolve door indicator light sensor issues. Deon did a ran full diagnostics and made repair. I told him I’d rate him a ‘20’, though Google limits me to 5 stars! Very satisfied with Deon and AAA Appliance sevice
Deon was excellent. He explained what he needed to do and then did it. Very courteous and professional! Cleaned up work area and removed packing materials when he left. He said to be sure to notify if anything was not working properly.

The team was helpful and responsive. They had to come back twice due and were wonderful. We were working with a third party warranty company, which was awful, and they were patient and diligent to make sure everything was covered.
When I had a refrigerator emergency, AAA Appliance was the only appliance repair place that answered their phone and kind enough to send someone right away. The tech, Ryan did a great job. My wife and I have an extended warranty on our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. The initial one that we purchased was such a lemon that the dealer agreed to replace it with a new one. Great experience with this company (ice maker issue covered by extended warranty).
I Highly recommend this appliance company! They worked directly with our warranty company for our LG refrigerator. When our service tech Daniel came to fix it, he was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional!
I recently bought a new house and several people noticed the smell of gas coming from the stove. It seemed to come and go at various times throughout the day. I decided to call and the repairman, David, came the following morning. He determined that the leak was due to the original owner did not use recommended gas…

David did a wonderful job. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. And he likes cats!
Took them a total of 3 appointments to replace the door within 2 - 2 1/2 months. 1st appointment the door had to be back ordered, 2nd appointment they brought the door but the screws for the door had to be back ordered, 3rd appointment finally got the door replaced.....but the bears beat the packers so overall I'm plaesed.
AAA was great to work with. They were not able to come right away but once the service was scheduled, they did a great job. They had to order some parts and they were prompt in getting them and scheduling to finish the work. The technician who came to do the work was excellent and knew what he was doing. Happy and overall great experience.
These guys came out to replace my ice maker under the extended warranty, so there was no charge. I was surprised how fast it was to replace! The service tech was very polite and friendly
Great service, fast and accurate repair. Went the extra mile to adjust the doors so the cabinets can open now!!!
Prompt and excellent service! Technician very courteous and knowledgeable!
I use AAA regularly for my appliances repair.
The experience was positive initially; however, the quality of service ultimately fell short. The issue was not resolved, and there was no follow-up. I cannot recommend this service, as the approach appeared to focus on replacing parts rather than thoroughly diagnosing the underlying problem.
Great service, covered under warranty.
John was on time, knowledgeable and quick!
Excellent customer service!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. First, they showed up with no parts to do the job and said they had to order them, so that took a week. Then they cancelled my appt the day of and supposedly couldn’t get someone out til the next day. Then the tech who came to fix it didn’t do the job correctly and…
Great to work with! Arrived as expected and were efficient and informative about what was happening and how to fix it.
We are very happy with the service Daniel provided for our LG ice maker and washing machine. We were given a date/ time to arrive and also a heads up when he was almost at our house. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely call them for any further issues.
John came out to inspect my freezer which stopped cooling. He spent a great deal of time troubleshooting on his own and on the phone with Tech Support, which I appreciated. Unfortunately for me, the cost of the compressor repair was about the same as a new refrigerator.
Fixed my refrigerator at a great price. We had a defrosting tube blockage that they were able to unclog quickly without any additional upselling or parts.
Fantastic! I would definitely use them again for all my appliance repairs.
Haven't needed an appliance repair in years . . . lucky, I know! Our two year old LG refrigerator had a fan failure which caused the door ice maker to not make ice. We worked thru our extended warranty carrier, SquareTrade. They had AAA come out, assess the repair; order the past needed; and shipped to me. AAA was…

My service tech Deon was wonderful and professional. My LG refrigerator seems to be working fine so far. He gave me some useful tips to maintain this appliance. I also appreciated that he kept the work area clean with very little for me to clean up. Thank you!
Ryan was excellent in explaining the problem of my refrigerator and he resolved the problem. You are awesome Ryan and Thank you!!

Daniel from AAA Apliance was spot on as a tech. Figured out what was wrong, ordered parts while he was still there and when the parta came in Daniel actually came back to make the repair. AAA Appliance communication was perfect. Will definitely recommend and use again when any appliance goes down. Great Job everyone and thank you Daniel and AAA Appliance.
We got the fridge in and it's great but the sensory on the door kept beeping. We called and they came out and said we need a new sensor board. They ordered it and came out and replaced it. It was all covered under warranty. The guys that came out were nice and helpful.
Very easy to schedule, prompt service, quick diagnosis and resolved the issue right away. Recommended.
Called and they came out the same afternoon. Isaac was quick and efficient and fixed the problem right away. Definitely using them again.
Customer service was excellent! The tech was professional and friendly.
Dom and Deon are fantastic!! They helped correct my new refrigerator issue with the door and water dispensing unit. Two very great guys working for your company! Thank you both very much and AAA appliance for an excellent job!!

Terry and his assistant were on time and helpful and fixed the problem. AAA was chosen through my extended warranty…
Noticed our refrigerator was not working correctly and AAA was able to send someone next day to diagnosis and explain to me why it's not working correctly and next steps. They ordered the damage part and were able to fix it as soon as the part was delivered.
Quick to diagnose and repair my Frigidaire that was still under warranty. Friendly repair guy.
In warranty but service and repairman was awesome. Wish every repair problem was this easy will definitely recommend you
Professional and reliable. Showed up on time, provided quick service and were reasonably price.
Just had the service manager out and his name is Terry. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and smiled the whole time. He actually saved me quite a bit of money I believe because he didn’t let me do some things that I shouldn’t do and taught me some things that I should know. I really appreciated his patience and…
Great communication, deep product knowledge and extremely personable. Thank you!
We contracted services from this company for a fridge repair. The technician provided a diagnosis that was incorrect. The technician stated the fridge needed a part (that was no longer sold) in order to fix it. Unless we could find that part on our own, the recommendation was to purchase a new fridge, which would…
The staff and tech were very pleasant and kept us updated on a regular basis regarding our part order. They inspected our parts when received from the supplier and insisted on replacements for all that were damaged. I would recommend them.
Repair man showed up for a broken fridge, looked at his phone for 15 minutes, didn’t even unplug the fridge, charged us $160, told us a part would have to be ordered, and left. I called the office the next day for an update and was told the part wasn’t ordered yet but would be, and that it would be received in 1-2…
Though I needed to replace my refrigerator this time, AAA appliance has been reliable, effective, fair & great to work with on range & refrigerator.
