The service technician was a really nice guy and seemed concerned but he said he didn't have the knowledge to fix my issue. My stove is 3 months old and the flame omits a popping sound and flickers on and off. Actually my stove is a month old!! He suggested I call a gas man or plumber. I didn't install the stove the company I bought it from did

There was a re all on our oven and they were out immediately to fix it. We had an appointment for Friday and they actually were able to be here a day earlier. For $165, the repairman looked at his iPhone and told me that because my range was so old, the part was not available and no parts were available for this model range. This could have been done by the repairman at the office because I sent a photo of the model #. A waste of $$.
