The service technician was a really nice guy and seemed concerned but he said he didn't have the knowledge to fix my issue. My stove is 3 months old and the flame omits a popping sound and flickers on and off. Actually my stove is a month old!! He suggested I call a gas man or plumber. I didn't install the stove the company I bought it from did

Daniel provided the warranty/recall burner replacement for our Frigidaire stove. He was a perfect professional and wore a mask when asked due to my kidney transplant. Daniel deserves a raise. Your software makes me choose a price I paid. This was a no charge repair.

Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Very knowledgeable and kind. The Rep kept me informed.
Definitely recommend. Was honest, informative and quick. Ultimately was advised to not go with the repair as it was not cost effective, would be more expensive then replacing the oven. Appreciated the honesty and feedback that was given.
On a stove repair they were as good as it gets with communication, time arrival, and the physical repair. From start to finish I was impressed with their service.
We were having trouble with our oven not working. They found the problem and had the parts needed on hand and fixed it on the first visit. The warrenty I had purchased covered the repair

Deon came out fixed our stove that had a gas leak and handle everything with care and was respectful thanks again
For $165, the repairman looked at his iPhone and told me that because my range was so old, the part was not available and no parts were available for this model range. This could have been done by the repairman at the office because I sent a photo of the model #. A waste of $$.
Deon is exceptional. He is courteous, professional and incredibly knowledgeable of our 21 year old Dacor double oven and 5 burner cook top. He quickly assessed the condition of our appliances, described in simple terms what the issues were, and explained each step he proposed to repair them. We were completely…

It’s like talking with a friend.
Oven still broken after 18 months. When supplier shipped parts to AAA Appliance, they claim they didn't receive and don't know what they have and blame the supplier. Supplier provides tracking information for parts, but AAA Appliance claims they didn't receive it. Unfortunately, being caught in the middle of their…
Honest and professional service. Thanks!
Steven was prompt and professional. He repaired/replaced a faulty oven temp control on our Whirlpool Oven. Great job
AAA was professional and prompt. David was awesome and conscientious with our 2 appointments. Great guy and very knowledgeable.
So I basically took the day off for a super weird appointment time frame which was between 8 am to 1 pm, after all I was at the bathroom and literally the repair guy knocked at my door and waited 2 minutes then completely left as if he was running away. I tried reaching out to him and he was completely rude saying…
