The service is amazing. They scheduled the visit in less than 24 hours, and they were spot on the time it took for the technician to adjust my wash and dryer combo unit. Great, great service!
Deon was very nice and courteous. Handled repair with ease and answered all questions.
ON time and fixed the problem
Great service. Joe, the technician contacted me to let me know when he would be to my home. He fixed my machine and I'm good to go. Professional and pleasant experience.
Very helpful team and always responsive and on time.
The technician was here on time, very professional and fixed the issue with my washer.
John L was awesome. He came early, showed me what was the actual problem with our fridge and fixed everything in a timely manner. Thank you! Update- Steven has been amazing too. He has fixed our dishwasher and dryer wonderfully and is super professional. Thank you AAA for such great service!
Joe was very thorough and knowledgeable. He helped us solve the problem with our washing machine.
Scheduling was a breeze! Appreciate the responsiveness.
Our second time hiring AAA. Once again, Pete did a great job fixing our washer, and quick too.
Friendly and knowledgeable
They responded quickly, their service person Pete was very personable and friendly
Basilia was great and knowledgeable very professional would recommend.
They have been to our house twice in the last six months. Once to repair the oven and again today to fix the washing machine. Terry fixed the oven and could not have been nicer. He was on time, friendly, had to order a part, they contacted me when it was ordered, when it arrived and when they could come back to…
Best repair company we have used. Highly recommend. Thanks guys for your hard work!! Chris was our new tech from the company and gets an A for his services. He diagnosed our dryer issues and gave us a quote. I will report his finished services for the job when done. Thanks Chris 🤠✌️
He was on time told exactly what was going on Great job 👍
Pete did a professional and courtesy. Thank for such great service
Responded the same day I called. Sent me a text with a photo of the driver so I knew who was expected. Fast diagnosis of the issue . Thank you for your prompt service!
I very rarely leave reviews but I am so impressed with this company. I found them online and thought i would give them a try since their reviews were good. The women (I think her name was Casey) that booked my appt was incredibly helpful and cheerful. She was able to get me in to see a tech within 48 hours. Basilia…
The serviceman was excellent. Also, the text messages helped me to know he was on his way! I would recommend your company to everyone.
AAA Appliance was great to do business with. Easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Christian, the tech, was great! Prompt - he was able to move my afternoon time window to the first appointment of the day, which worked for me. He was able to identify the issue with my washer/dryer unit very quickly, and repair…
they had to come back for second time to complete the job, as washer was still leaking after first repair. both times technician Steve left the washer pulled out for the closet and did not put it back where it was suppose to be. on second time he managed to rip the cables off the invisible fence that was…
It was a diagnostic service call for our washer and dryer. The technician was great but we wish we had done more research as the charges were unreasonably high.
This company is my go to. They always get it done very easy and professional. This last time was more expensive than I imagined but it was for a major part and there is that 50% inflation factor, so I’m just happy I didn’t need a new washing machine! Thanks AAA for everything! Basila was awesome. Thanks!
AAA has helped with my appliance repairs over the years. Christian there always does a quality job and is great to work with!
The service was professional, courteous, efficient. I would use them again.
Tech came out and could not determine problem. He said it should work, no error codes could be found. Despite that he said it would need a new computer board for $500 if it didn't work again. Spent 15 minutes or so here. We tried the washer and it stopped working again mid-cycle. He never took it that far. He never…
David was just here. He had a trainee with him named Daniel. Both were extremely helpful, professional quick and efficient. David even asked about my warranty, to see if anything was covered, and it ended up deducting more than half the price of the repair. Once the part comes in he will be back to repair the washer. So far I am very pleased.
First of all I hired them to repair my dryer in August of2021. The dryer worked but the knob needed to be replaced. I had to use pliers to turn it on but it was working. The repair man shows up and had to order the knob. In the mean time I’m still able to use the dryer. The knob comes in the technician installed…
They were so quick to respond and able to get the parts needed for repair
What a great service and team! I so greatly appreciative that they sent a picture of the person coming out to do the service for myom who is a senior living alone. From the immediate call to schedule an appointment to the day of service, it was very detail and the level of communication was top. Our stacked…
Stop do not go anywhere else. They are on time, Very professional, the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you Steven for everything.
Prompt and reliable. Would recommend
We received an appointment within 24 hours of calling. Christian was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He examined our dryer for suspected gas leak, then cleaned and examined everything inside the machine, reassuring us that it was safe and working normally. Thank you!
Adam was tremendous! He was prompt and then quick with his repair, and he communicated well the issues with our dryer.
Josh did a great job was very helpful and professional. Thanks Josh!
Excellent service, very reasonably priced repair, highly recommend!
Ivan (service tech) was very professional and assessed/addressed the issue (faulty drain pump) efficiently.
Braydon was very knowledgeable and there customer service is top notch. Braydon knew what the problem was right away after I turned the washer on. They were extremely flexible with my work schedule which made it so much easier.
They did a great job! We’ve had several other companies come out, but AAA seems to finally gotten to the bottom of the problem.
My Samsung washer displayed code ND, I knew it had something to do with the drain pump. We recently move and I didn't really no who to call. I went on Google did a search for washer repairs. I preferred someone locally and found AAA Appliances best called I've made in awhile. The staff was welcoming and answered all…
Braydon was excellent. Super friendly, explained what he was going to do, addressed it, showed me how to fix next time. Cleaned up. Very efficient and professional. Never knew about AAA Appliance but I will be a customer for life!
Brandon was the technician. He was fast, competent, friendly and an all around great person. He kept me appraised of the situation every step of the way.
This was the third time that we used AAA services. Adam was the tech each time. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I would absolutely recommend this company.
After finding out our washer had an issue, we reached out to AAA Appliances who originally told us they wouldn’t be able to get to us for four days. Thankfully, they were able to juggle things and a tech showed up the same day and got us back up and running. We appreciated such a quick response and will definitely use them in the future.
I had called other repair service companies and none would help unless the washer had been originally purchased from them. LG recommended AAA and my experience was excellent: they scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem within a few days, and then replaced the motor within a week (the wait was to allow the…
Our technician was honest and direct, we felt like we were treated respectfully and professionally.
Great service and our professional and personable technician Adam went above and beyond to get the part to fix the dryer and then come Out on a Saturday to install! Can’t get any better than that. I highly recommend AAA appliance!
Prompt, clean, friendly did it right the first time.
