Fixed my front load washer again. Reliable and competent service techs. Wait time to get on schedule was minimal.
We had our front-loading GE washing machine repaired. They arrived within the scheduled time, determined the issue and returned to complete the repair. Very happy that I don't have to return to the laundromat
Only paid the initial service fee. Turned out that machine just needed to be reset by cycling power off and then back on. Didn’t charge me anything extra as there wasn’t really anything physically wrong with my machine. Probably just a power surge or something that screwed up the electronics.

A ten minute visit resulting in bad news. The tech showed me that the transmission in the washer was kaput and leaking. He explained the cost to fix it would be close to a new one. We had this Speed Queen for 14 years and decided to just replace it.
