I called and left a voice mail because my aunt had gone missing. As of now, I have not gotten a call back. Called on or about September 26th 2020.
Owner or administrator says my profile is bogus. Well then....

We've never conducted business with or spoken to this person.
We recently ugraded our phone system and had to reload missed voicemails. We have reviewed our phone messages and found no messages from someone by the above name. We have found a message similar in nature to the issue described, and we have returned that person's call as of October 6, 2020.
We are very sorry to hear about your missing aunt. Feel free to call us back, and we will be happy to assist however we can.
Please understand that no business has an unlimited capacity to respond to requests for service. Our company is growing rapidly and is sometimes unable to return phone calls for new business or, in this case, some messages can get overlooked due to technology upgrades.
While we strive to be responsive to all callers, sometimes, because we give priority to our existing clients, it's just not possible for new callers. However, we would never give a company a negative rating for simply not returning our call when we haven't even spoken or agreed to do business, especially when there are numerous alternative service providers from which to choose. As such, while we understand the caller's frustration, we view this rating as unreasonable.
