[EDITED IN RESPONSE] I stand by my comments, buyer beware, and If you took the time to respond, then I implore you to consider changing your practices. I recently used American security and lock in Raleigh when I was locked out of my house, and I could not be happier with the service. They answered my call right away, arrived quickly, and had me back inside within minutes. Their locksmith was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced.
What really stood out…
I called him out for two separate services once to rekey my house and once to get new keys for both my cars. He was super nice and professional. He came after the kids were put to bed for the night and he made sure he was super quite the whole time to not wake them up. I will always recommend him for any locksmith needs.
