I’ve become to Aaron’s glass since the 80s so I know they’ll do a good job
I wouldn't want to give even a single star; the service was poor, and on top of that, they botched the job and refused to honor the warranty. My sales rep Josh was awesome. Very polite and was able to get me in quickly after I called to inquire about fixing my window. The job was finished in about an hour and they took the proper precautions due to covid. I would def recommend.
Everything about the service went perfectly: the work was done perfectly, the time estimated to get the job done was completed within the stated time frame, and the price for the work done was the lowest price in the city. $75.00. I was expecting a low price point would give me a mediocre job. I was wrong! This…
Went in a few weeks ago to repair the power window arm on my Passenger window. Brought in to have them make sure what part was needed. I went out to pick up the part.
