Great work and super easy to get in and get services done. Highly recommend!
The customer service is lacking. They get a 1 out of 5 for that specifically. They don't communicate well to their clients or between each other. Not just with me but with another person that came after me. With that being said... I gave them a 5 because the service was far quicker than expected. I expected my city…
My car was leaking from the windshield, and they repaired it at a low cost.
Very professional quick experience. Window looks great and price seemed reasonable. Thank You!
The best place for repair in Northside.
Throughout the years, I've needed to have numerous windshields replaced due to unlucky pebble strikes. And, as always, Aaron's Auto Glass comes through with great pricing and fast installation! Thank you Aaron's Auto Glass team!! I hope I never need another windshield replacement but, if the need arises, I won't hesitate to call again...
Windshield replacement job was professionally done and finished in a timely manner
Fast and reasonable prices thank you
They were quick professional and did a great job with my window.
I was shopping around to replace my windshield, and this was the only place I found with such a fair price. The job was clean and super fast, they were done in about an hour! I’m very happy with the service. Thank you!
They did a great job, pretty quick very professional
Great price and friendly service
The stuff was wonderful very helpful. And very affordable
Very good from start to finish always! I’ve used this company several times & I’ve referred people there because of their quality service!
I wouldn't want to give even a single star; the service was poor, and on top of that, they botched the job and refused to honor the warranty. The work was done poorly, and when I went to report that the window had stopped working, you told me yourselves that you wouldn't honor the warranty—even though it hadn't even…
They were very helpful and did a great job
Great quotes, great customer service. I arrived early for my appointment and they took in my car as soon as I got here.
From the front office to service tech you guys are great thank you so much for all you done.
If for nothing else... just the cost to replace a damaged windshield is incomparable... try it. Call around find out how much others quote for the replacement of your model and say, thank goodness, for saving at least $100 USD.
Excellent service. We’ve used them several times and the price is great and the service is even better.
Lugar que recomiendo , muy profecionales y precios que no te llevan a la bancarrota, eficientes y rapidos en la instalacion
Quality service
Fast eficient and well worth it.
I’ve had at least three Or four times I have used Aarons Auto glass and was completely satisfied each time with the service completed.
The service was fast and easy. I was quoted a longer time than the appointment actually lasted. My new windshield looks great. Would highly recommend!
I have been dealing with Aaron auto glass for the last 4 years. With both my vehicles and it has been a wonderful experience.

Needed a windshield replaced. Was a little concerned if I picked the right place when I showed up -but these guys were great. 5 stars for the technicians. The men in back were kind, respectful, and professional. Windshield came out great. Not a scratch on the car. Perfect placement. Not a leak. Clean. Fast. Everything as it should be.
Super good work and service at a fair price. Great place.
I’ve been coming here for years! Quick, efficient, and cost-effective not to mention great customer service!
I needed the windshield replaced on my Toyota 4Runner. These guys turned it around so quickly and for a great price. Very professional team and high quality job. Would definitely recommend!
My windshield was broken and i took it to AARON AUTO GLASS and they fixed the windshield. I noticed that the pieces attached to the review mirror was broken so i called and had them take a look at it. I get there thE OWNER says he will pay for the part but NOT the labor. So i let his shop replace and fix the issue……
My experience at the auto shop was professional and wait time was not long as they repaired my front windshield.
Second time we’ve used Aaron’s - first for a side window, then for rear windshield. Quick, easy, and affordable service. In and out in a couple hours. Will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend.
Best rates among several locations. Also, quick services. I would highly recommend.
Amazing work, fast and clean and fast and on time!!!
Excellent job and quick service, reasonable price for my new windshield.
second place i went to for windshield replacement. i waited 2 hours at the first place and they had not even pulled my car into the garage yet. grabbed my keys and left. At aaron’s, i pulled my vehicle right into the garage, service took just over an hour from when i pulled in, the work was quality, and the staff was friendly. highly recommend.
Thank you for helping me charge the battery when it stopped working. I called them in the morning , they were able to accommodate me the same day.
Got 3 quotes from other vendors. Hands down Arron Glass best price. They were also able to get me in on the same day I called in the morning.
I want to start off by saying that the service was amazing. They took care of my Ford Econoline as well as my Dodge grand Caravan. I do want to mention, I wish they would give a heads up to let you know that they are on their way. But I can’t lie, these guys are incredibly quick. I had to cancel because I realized I…
Been going to Aaron Auto Glass for over 20 years and have always have had first class experience. Very nice staff, done in a timely manner and is very reasonable. Will keep telling people to go to Aaron Auto Glass for replacement glass
This place was super efficient, cheap, and they had me in and out of there in 90 minutes after an 8:00am arrival. The staff was a well oiled machine and they walked me through what they were doing and then it was ready to drive off. I highly recommend booking an appointment online or showing up when they open because it got super busy by the time I left.
The service was great and the people there are wonderful
This place is a darn joke terrible customer service and the management response is no better
From entrance to exit- their customer service is top notch!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They do excellent work, and their prices are very fare and reasonable. I recommend them to everyone's who needs that kind of service.
Aaron Auto Glass was fast and efficient when it came to replacing my windshield. I’ll definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Aaron auto glass. Customer service was outstanding. The job was done well and very quickly. And most importantly, the price was the best and lowest Compared to anyone else. Two thumbs up . They are the best in the business
I needed my windshield replaced after a tree branch fell on my car during a big storm. The places my insurance company suggested were booked out for days. I gave Aaron’s a call and was able to schedule mobile service to replace my windshield within 2 business days. The quote they gave me was the price I paid,…
Received swift attention and service from the customer service ladies at the counter to the repair technician in the shop. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism of this company. It was a starburst shaped chip in the windshield. Also had another service for a cracked windshield replacement on another…
Best service Quality work Fast response and very informative with aftercare and if I needed a replacement or repair I drove a hr away from home and I would do it again but hopefully my windshield don’t crack again lol❤️ thanks Aaron!!
Absolutely amazingly fast and accurate service! I have found my go to autoglass shop! Best price quoted as well!
We had a late night fender bender (broken rear windshield) on a Friday night and needed the use of our car quickly, and couldn't wait until Monday. Aaron auto glass was open early Saturday morning and had us ready to go by 9:30 am. They were so cheerful and friendly too.
I needed to replace my whole front windshield. They gave me the best price around. They told me it would be about 2 hours and it was exactly that. They say that i went in they were having internet issue but they handle it with such ease. Making sure all customers where checked in and keeping their appointments. I…
Great company, fast and reliable. Reasonable prices.
These guys never disappoint at all service is great all the time and the prices are even better I myself will recommend them to anyone who is thinking about going here for service they will not disappoint. Thanks again
I used safelight to repair my windshield and in 2 weeks I had to replace my windshield again…. I went to Aaron’s and had no problem thus far. Top quality work and top quality windshield repair. Anyone who needs their windshield replaced… this is the place to get it done, PERIOD‼️‼️‼️
I was a horrible pain in the tail. For 6 weeks I couldn’t work out an exact time to get the glass replacement. Aaron’s was patient and supportive and when I was able to make it work with them, they knocked out the glass replacement professionally in one hour. Highly recommended!
I am Aaron glass customer from last 30 years and they are providing the same excellent service from day one.The prices are very reasonable and below the market price. They got a very efficient team and take care the customer to the best. I wish them good luck and grow every day.
I had a walker because I fractured my leg. I drove in and told the the guy I had a crack on my windshield. He guided me to a waiting room fixed the windshield and I was on my way. Thank you for the great service.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My new car got its windows smashed in and they were able to get it completely repaired in a little over an hour. Safelite couldn’t take me for another two weeks and quoted $900. Aaron’s told me to come same day (they were very busy but still fit my car) and quoted $350.
Service was great, no long wait time and the price was right. Customer service was delightful and professional. I had a great experience, thank you.
Aaron Glass Was able to do a repair on a crack in my windshield on a new used car that I bought. Rather than buying new windshield Aaron glass still does the kind of work people used to do, Repair something just not replace it! With some kind of filler and heat application, they took a reasonably large chip little…
My second time here for a repair. Always done great and fast.
The staff at the desk and the technicians were helpful and very friendly. The process was clear and the job was completed quickly, much faster than I expected—about 30 minutes. I especially appreciate that the employees are welcoming to all and customer safety is a priority. I have already recommended this Aaron Auto Glass to friends and neighbors.
Great job and very competitive pricing these guys are my first call every time.
Fast clean polite great price
They do really good job And the price is really cheap compared with other places Thank you so much
I’ve been coming here for years. Had several vehicles served here, 300, Grand Cherokee, M6, Expedition, for tints and replacements/repairs. 10/10 highly recommended place. Same day services and appointments!
They came out right away and fixed my windshield on the street. Friendly service and it was almost a third of the cost of what Safelight quoted me.
My passenger window was broken, Aaron’s Auto glass fixed it within an hour at an affordable price
Well, I got a quote of the windshield repair and they stuck to that price. They got me in and out within an hour. Quick work and will more likely return. Thank you.

Easy process and good work. I appreciated the email communication to set up an appointment. Good price.
Was Completely Happy And Satisfied About The Service And How Swiftly They Got Me In And Out. I Would Definitely Recommend.
Aaron Auto Glass did an awesome job on my Range Rover. The windshield matches my original perfectly. They quoted me $750 (without calibration) — other shops were trying to charge $2,000–$3,000. Calibration was an additional $250, which is still a great deal compared to everyone else. Only small downside is the…
Fast and great service, left my F450 for windshield replacement and it was ready same day in a few hours. For a very competitive price. Recommend!!!
Muy bien trabajo bien echo
Wonderful experience. Professional and exceeded my expectations. I called several places and Aaron Auto Glas far better reasonable price. I came the same day and service was not long at all. Highly recommend.

Fast and great work.
Best price and service.
Sheena was terrific, very helpful! Great experience overall.
Great experience
From the time I called Aaron Glass to schedule an appointment through the time the work was completed, the service was excellent. The time estimate given on the phone for replacing my windshield was accurate. The installers of my windshield not only repositioned the mirror well, they remembered to remove and replace…
Extremely unprofessional and incompetent service. I brought my car in with two very small rock chips(an ideal size for a perfect resin windshield repair) yet to still found a way to totally mess it up and make it worse. The technician failed to clean the glass or remove debris before applying resin, which is a basic…
Been going to Aaron's glass for a few decades. Their professional work, fairly priced auto glass replacement, window tinting and helpful and kind customer service keeps me coming back, in and out within a couple hours instead of waiting all day like most other places I've heard about!
I have had my windshield glass replaced several times in my life and Aaron’s is above and beyond the best price, service and product. Not even close! Easy scheduling, easy in and out for install and great service in every way.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Great prices and fast work. 2 thumbs up!
Honestly I can’t say enough about the Hermosa location. My entire windshield had to be replaced due to a crack that just kept growing across the entire width of the car. I had gotten a couple quotes, one local place as I live in Northwest Indiana, and Safelite. My friend who lives around the corner from the Hermosa…
Everybody was kind and efficient. Very organized establishment. I could not find a better price and the service couldn't have been more professional. Highly recommended.
If you're in a pinch or a bind go to Aaron Auto Glass and get peace of mind!
Had to replace my windshield and they were able to take me right away. From pulling my car into the garage, to the ladies in customer service, everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful. Everything went like clockwork and the windshield looks brand new. I especially appreciated that the transponder and city sticker were transferred to the new windshield.
They were quick and reasonable. I enjoyed my experience with them and probably will always go to them from now on.
Great price fast service great staff
Aaron Auto Glass was wonderful to work with - communicated via text, highly responsive, came and did the work on site so I didn't have to drive with a broken window, and all at a much better piece than the national chain. Would absolutely use them again I'm the future

I’m delighted with the instillation of the new windshield. The staff were wonderful and the work was top class.
This was my second time going to them with different car. I am very impressed by their service and pricing, highly recommended
Recommended by my mobile mechanic, this place did a phenomenal job! I had my windshield replaced with them after another local shop completely botched the replacement. The other shop used a thinner gasket at the top and the windshield would whistle at higher speeds. Then shortly after their failed attempt at…
I’m very happy with the work they did. After a tree fell and took out my rear windshield I needed a new one desperately. After calling around they were the most cost effective and were able to get it done while I was at work. The installer cleaned up all the glass that was left which I appreciate it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Aaron glass personal are truly Professional. It started from the quote over the phone Roxanne clear and helpful. Customer service desk Leslie, and Erika friendly, knowledgeable and great sprite. Manager Sheena wise and bring beautiful vibes in the waiting room Fair price and quality work.

I had a fantastic experience with Aaron Auto Glass! I got a crack in my windshield two months ago and shopped around. I got the best quote from Aaron but was not able to take it in right away. Best price in Chicago land area Iam not playing I called over 10 places for window replacement on my ford expedition xl Driver rear window I kept getting estimate of between 250 / 180. Ridiculous for one window. Arron's got me used window for 150$ replacement was fast customer service was great the ladies in the…
The worst experience I honestly can’t believe it. I had my windshield fixed and on the same day it started raining and you can see the water going inside my car. There’s a leakage. So I went back and they kept saying it wasn’t the glass they just put in and that it was an AC problem. The water that goes through the…
Very friendly professional explained what's to do and how long it might take
I called Aaron Auto out of a referral from my apartment building management, and they were able to replace my broken windshield the very next morning (which was basically as soon as possible). It was also less than half the price of my insurance deductible payment. Their staff was very friendly and helpful, and the…
Another guy was going to drive off with my keys Never seen anything like this
Amazing windshield repair, great prices, everyone is very friendly!
My mini van had a cracked glass front winshield. I was scared to where to take it., Last time my ford mustang glass cracked it was $1,200 dollars. I called and was quoted $175.00 dollars. I dropped it off and shortly after that it was ready. I was so pleased it was new wind shield and it fits perfect,…

Used them a couple of times in the past for rock chips in the windshield. Much cheaper then safelite and just as good if not better!
Great customer service and half the price other places quoted me. It's been about 5 months and no problems at all.
Excellent service and a great price. Will definitely use Aaron Auto Glass again.
Quick response. Able to schedule a time quickly and efficiently next day. Replacement was done quickly as well so I didn’t need to take a whole day off from work. Overall a very smooth experience.

They don't take advantage, like other glass window repairers. Great staff will recommend 👌
Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable, prompt, too. Came to me so I could stay at work, quick, clean, and quality job completion. Left my car a bit cleaner than it was before they started, too!
Would of gave them 5 star if the would of put back all the screw they removed to put in windshield in .missing 3 screws .Now I have a windshield grill that has a vibration. Told me to bring back in but it a hour drive each way. I told them to send there mobile installer to my place but now they say I am out of…
Excellent service very friendly staff, fast service . I am 100% satisfied . Great job !
Very fast service and the woman behind the desk was wonderful.
Have used them twice, once to repair a windshield and once when our car was broken into via the rear passenger window. The rear window replacement was 200 bucks less than a quote from Safelite, and they vacuumed the broken glass from inside. Good work and fast.
They responded quickly and very polite! Came out the same day and fixed my windshield!! Very nice, professional and cleaned up behind themselves!!! Very pleased!!
Sad to see a place I've been going to for the last 20 years become so poor with their service. Happy with the job, disappointed with the service. Even worse when you ask to speak to a manager and he sees it more important to go to the microwave first. Be better at your job.
Friendly, quick and professional.
I just called to get a repair estimate and the lady on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. She did not offer any service information nor did she bother to ask what kind of vehicle I had or what location would be near me, nothing helpful at all just awckward silence. Then at the end she hangs up abruptly…
Amazing and thorough service. Will definitely be coming back! Wish all businesses were ran like this one 💯
I’m totally happy with services, they did amazing job, very quickly, so profissional and they gave all attention… thank you so much. You guys are amazing.
I brought my car in for a crack on my windshield, and with no explanation what so ever! my window in the passenger seat stopped working. when I asked what was going on? they said it was like that! That I brought it like that! I was called a liar on my face at this place. I’m still furious as I write this. I mean…
I was done in 45 minutes and good quality work was done. Not my first time...
Beat price of competitors. Fast and professional install. Carla's the best
Dominique was VERY helpful. She got me scheduled, gave me an accurate price quote and made sure to answer all my questions. Service was pretty quick overall. Good experience.
As I sat with my service animal and waited patiently on a cold Chicago afternoon for my windshield to be replaced, I watched multiple people walk in and out looking and wondering where to go and how soon the job would be completed. As I stared at the black screen on the wall I was suddenly asked to wait outside…
They are always so nice I have gone there several time for my car, my daughters and granddaughter Carla took care of us this time so thank you for always making it not so painful
Carla the Sales Rep was amazing and efficient. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The business itself was great and speedy. Quality was GREAT.
Great and friendly service. I really like their texting service that they provide.
Sales rep Carla was great and helped me tremendously. I needed my entire windshield replaced. They replaced it and transferred all of my permits and stickers over seamlessly. The service was fast, the price was great and staff was friendly. Highly recommend.
They damage my vehicle, scratched my paint With sharp object while repairing the windshield, Also damage my rubber protector that makes water not leak into vehicle. Said they would order it and haven’t heard a peep out of them in a month now. Poor customer service. The recommendations I was giving for this place…
As soon as I walked in Carla greeted me and asked how I could be helped and I explained that I needed to replace my windshield and she said that she would gladly assist and took care of me. It has been a few years since I’ve been there but their service is great and I have no complaints at all. Thank you once again and I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone.
Loved Carlas customer service! Service was great and really fast.
