They do great work, they replaced my windshield in under an hour. Unfortunately my sunroof stopped working after getting this done, but good work otherwise
Best price in whole Chicagoland, will recommend my friends
Almost HALF the price of other bigger auto shops. Was able to get a no hassle quote and an at-home appointment for the very next day. (Other places quoted at least 1 week wait while taking all my information for their promotion spam emails.) Crew showed up and replaced my rear windshield in under an hour. This…
Great price. Did good job.
Been going to Aaron Auto Glass for over 20 years and have always have had first class experience. Very nice staff, done in a timely manner and is very reasonable. Will keep telling people to go to Aaron Auto Glass for replacement glass
Great prices and great service
Aaron’s responded immediately when I reached out about a new windshield installation. They were and are professional in customer service and the installation. I have used Aaron’s before and I tell anyone I know who needs a windshield to go to Aaron’s. Great job!
Immediate response and repair, good price (far less then the big retailers), and didn't push replacement of cameras etc that so far we have not needed to address
I had my windshield changed and the service was very professional and quick. Much quicker than expected which was a really nice surprise! The price is also fair. Very easy to schedule an appointment. I recommend the shop to all in need!
Aaron’s Team was fast and efficient. I enjoyed my experience with them. They explained everything to me when I called and had the part I needed asap.
Got a windshield replaced for less than half the Safelite quote. Workmanship seems good.
Quick, reasonable, and professional
Great services and affordable prices. Will 100% Recommend Aaron Auto Glass.
Went to Aaron auto glass to replace my broken windshield early in the morning. In and out in about 30 minutes. Super fast and no issues/leaking or noises after a few weeks. Happy with the job.
They installed windshield and now it rattles. They also dented the vehicle. I called and was told there is a "warranty on labor" . when I asked how they are going to repair the dent, they repeated "they have warranty on labor" I will never use them again
Been going to Aaron's glass for a few decades. Their professional work, fairly priced auto glass replacement, window tinting and helpful and kind customer service keeps me coming back, in and out within a couple hours instead of waiting all day like most other places I've heard about!
I accidentally cracked my front window glass when I changed the windshield wiper and one of my friends referred me to this auto shop. The employees were very professional and the women working in the front had such a friendly and happy vibe when I came in. The auto workers also took time and patience when preping my…

Great service, good prices, fast service!!!
Had to get my entire windshield replaced on my dodge charger. Drop off was quick, service was done in an hour, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was HALF the cost of safelight even with insurance. I even had to drive back home in this insane flood-level rain storm a couple hours after it was done—…
Thank you so much, Aaron Auto Glass! My daughter, who lives in Chicago, texted me early this morning showing pictures of her storm-damaged windshield. A falling tree branch had shattered it. I was nervous about the low cost compared to other locations for a windshield replacement. However, the service was timely and professional. I will use Aaron Auto Glass again if I ever need the services again!
I used Aaron Glass for a windshield glass replacement a few months ago after pricing around and found them to be much less than other companies. Everyone I dealt with at Aaron Auto Glass were great. They informed me of items on my car that I had no clue of. The installation service was timely and professional. I've already referred others their way.
Something hit my car on the highway recently, leaving a pretty large crack in the windshield. I didn't want it to get worse, so I shopped around for a new windshield. Aaron glass is affordable, fast and efficient! Took one star off because you need to make sure that your wipers are aligned before you leave! They don’t check.
Outstanding service!!!!
Went there for a windshield replacement and they were supposed to send me before and after pictures to ensure there was no other damage and they sent me pictures of another car that was not mine. When I picked up my car I realized they had broken one of my speakers and did not say anything about it. When I called…

Aarons auto glass might be the only automotive place I feel comfortable going to as a female car owner. They are straightforward about their services and pricing, and very friendly!

Awesome staff. Great pricing and quick service!!!
Highly recommend them to everyone. 1/2 the price of their competitors and twice as fast. Very upfront about the lane await camera and the possibility of having to readjust at an additional cost( still 1/2 their competitors cost). They were so good that the camera didn’t need to be adjusted at all. Thank you Aaron’s!!
This place is amazing. I walked in thinking I would have to wait a week or more to get my cracked windshield replaced. Not only did they replace it in less than 2 and a half hours but they also tinted it for me. Best car window replacement business I've ever used. Highly recommend them!

Very fast. Same day ( within a couple of hours?). No problems in the 2 months since completed. Not expensive, especially compared to the dealer price. Very good experience
OK, I deleted my last review because Aaron's came through and held up to the quality of service they want to provide. In the beginning there were some issues on their end with the mobile service which was upsetting and disappointing. After they read my review, they owned up to their mistake which I look highly on…

Services rendered was very quick and very professional. A no nonsense visit which was what I desired because of the situation of a crack from the unknown. I can appreciate how they took care of me and the services that was given, thank you.
The price is affordable! The wait time is minimal! I spent the time in the quiet outside waiting area, protected from snow and heated.
Very friendly, very quick, and wonderful work!
I drive 3 hours to use them when I need a windshield replaced. Quick service and friendly staff. Good price too!
If you want to overpay then go to literally any other glass company. If you prefer a very competitive price, quick and efficient service, and quality work, then go to Aaron. I used to shop around and end up here anyway, now I don't bother because I know I'll get the best price and same quality at Aaron and be out in under an hour. HIGHLY recommended.
Service was prompt and they did a great job replacing my cracked windshield.
Great experience! I called that morning and had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. Everyone was very kind and efficient, the whole thing took only 45min-1 hour. Everywhere else that I looked was 2-3x the price, would’ve taken 2-4hours and I couldn’t get an appointment right away. I will be going here from now on!
This was a fantastic experience. Reasonable price, quick and pleasant service, nice waiting room, and professional! The quality was excellent. No problems at all. They have this down to a science. Love to see when everything operates smoothly.

I had a passenger side window smashed in on a Monday afternoon. By Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM Aaron Auto replaced the window. I had also been procrastinating a repair to fix a bad windshield spider-crack. It wasn't repairable so they replaced the windshield as well, during the same appointment, all in under an hour for an amazing price. Highly recommend!

They were super friendly and quick. Done within the estimated time, texted updates and took pictures to help me deal with insurance claims. They even transferred my city sticker, iPass, and dash cam. All in the same place I had them, perfectly applied. These guys are solid. Glass is thick and was half the price of competitors.
