The customer service is lacking. They get a 1 out of 5 for that specifically. They don't communicate well to their clients or between each other. Not just with me but with another person that came after me. With that being said... I gave them a 5 because the service was far quicker than expected. I expected my city…
Shout out to this shop! I got quoted $1100 from the dealer to fix my window issue. Aaron’s said, bring it in and let us take a look, they fixed it within an hour (walk in) for 1/10th of the price. I know where I’ll be taking my vehicles from now on.
Hard to work with. Was told different times/ways I could pick up my car after work and was asked where I wanted my keys left. While I was at work they tried changing my pickup time and only gave me a 15min time frame to pay before saying they were closing. I asked specifically about closing time before I dropped the…
I wouldn't want to give even a single star; the service was poor, and on top of that, they botched the job and refused to honor the warranty. The work was done poorly, and when I went to report that the window had stopped working, you told me yourselves that you wouldn't honor the warranty—even though it hadn't even…
Best price in whole Chicagoland, will recommend my friends
Been going to Aaron Auto Glass for over 20 years and have always have had first class experience. Very nice staff, done in a timely manner and is very reasonable. Will keep telling people to go to Aaron Auto Glass for replacement glass
I had an emergency repair a broken glass to the back of the minivan. Those guys had it in stock, installed in reasonably priced in a couple hours and I was happy on my way... I already contacted them for another windshield and they are coming to my shop today. Again, reasonably priced, and I did shop to other places I worked with before.
In and out great service.
Quick, reasonable, and professional
Great service very polite and attentive ladies working the desk. Even took my car across the street to finish tint!
My mom’s window on her Jeep was broken and I came to Aaron’s to have it replaced. Customer service was very polite and helpful. They found me the best deal. The replacement didn’t take long and the work was excellent.
They were fantastic, fast and very efficient. And the cost was fantastic
Friendly, economical and quick way to get auto glass repaired. Best prices anywhere and fast turnaround.
Today was our second time in several months needing window repair for our Hyundai Sonata. Both times service was excellent; one rear window and then rear passenger side. Very good price, professional, fast.
I have a bit of an odd duck for cars, for 2023 at least. I own an 87 S10 that I needed the windshield replaced on. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and the man that installed it came in on time, worked fast and was out of there within an hour. For a very reasonable price too. The best…
Very professional, service was great.
Everyone I dealt with at Aaron Auto Glass were great. They informed me of items on my car that I had no clue of. The installation service was timely and professional. I've already referred others their way.
Love how quick my windshield was changed and loved the follow up messages as well. Very Professional and Great Service!
I was in Chicago for a visit. Someone smashed my passenger-side window the night before I was scheduled to drive home. I texted Aaron Glass pretty late explaining the situation, thinking I would not hear till the morning. I received a reply nearly immediately offering to fix it first thing the next morning. I…
Very fast and efficient
Aaron glass is affordable, fast and efficient! Took one star off because you need to make sure that your wipers are aligned before you leave! They don’t check.
Went there for a windshield replacement and they were supposed to send me before and after pictures to ensure there was no other damage and they sent me pictures of another car that was not mine. When I picked up my car I realized they had broken one of my speakers and did not say anything about it. When I called…

When I called and explained I needed my motor replaced they quoted me $65 to install it. When I went in to get the service done, they added another $30 to the charge. If you quote me one price on the phone, you shouldn't increases it when I get there. The service I mentioned on the phone was the same service I…

Aaron Glass was able to accommodate me on the same day with quick and efficient work. I had my rear window installed. Factory quality. No leaks! I’ll tell all my friends to go to them.
I've been to this shop before and I love their work. They installed my daughter driver's side window with tint. Even though we were there for 4 hours, I would definitely go back.

I called Aaron Glass to see if they could fix my windshield that was damaged during the strong storm/ tornado we had in Chicago a couple months ago. Not only did they give me an appointment right away but their price was a lot less than I expected. Josh, my sales rep, was great and provided me with answers to all my…
I had a running-crack in the front windshield of new car for which I didn't have a replacement warranty. The dealer wanted $1,000 for the original manufacturer windshield. I had raised my insurance deductible during Covid-19 because I wasn't driving. And I just don't have that kind of cash laying around. So, I was…
I went on 9/22 for a windshield replacement & they did it in an hour. Great, in and out. The following morning the windshield starts rattling / squeaking. I’ve never replaced a windshield so I thought the glue wasn’t fully cured. On 9/24 the noise becomes louder and more distinct. I arrived around 1235. They tell me…
I will definitely recommend Aaron glass to anyone that needs glass replacement. The sales representative Carla was very friendly. I needed my side mirror installed and my mirror looks great. It was little to no wait time and I’m pleased with the results. I will definitely be a returning customer!
