Just had Xavier Delgado at the house and he was hands down the best tech we've had. After having a very negative experience with our previous AC company, he was very thorough and made me feel completely at ease with the entire process. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
They created a report for my house regarding a warranty issue. They then refused to send me the report they sent the GC, and after they confirmed their ownership was friends with the GC, they said they could not send me the report and I'd have to pay for them to come out to generate a new report... Seems pretty…
Tech was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
Aaron was Awesome! Excellent work ethic. Performs the job with high-quality and integrity.
We've used this company for years and appreciate the fact they are there on the day they say and usually within the time quoted. Very pleased with the service of the tech who readily provided information on how we can get the most from our unit - new things we didn't know which in part is due to new equipment.
Wonderful quick same day service!
We had issues with the blower motor on our downstairs unit. Other companies were attempting to sell us on entirely new systems, but our ABC technician (Mark) was able to diagnose and fix the issue for a fraction of the cost of full replacement. It was clear he had our best interest (getting cold air!) in mind and…
Aaron was informative, efficient, polite and punctual. Annual maintenance performed.
Fair prices & quality service with a smile
Trustworthy! My technician checked my concerns(while not selling me parts that I didn't need) and prepared my system for the change of season! I am so glad to be able to use ABC Air and Cleaning for my AC and AC maintenance. Thanks, Dagan for your expertise and knowledge. Truly, 1st class service!!
Extremely professional customer service provided from the initial call to the technician and then a follow up call. The technician was very friendly and informative. He answered all the questions.
I hired ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialists to install my new smart thermostat and new air handler and new compressor and they knocked it all out perfectly the very first time with zero issues at all in only a few hours. That was over a year ago now and I still have only ABC do all my service calls. Very…
ABC is our go-to HVAC and duct cleaning. They always do a good job and never overcharge or nickel and dime their customers or speak condescendingly. Update- their prices have gone up significantly and we no longer use them.
I have been using this company for years and are very happy with their service. They are professional, friendly, helpful and do an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

The service person showed-up on time completed service on two air-condition units. After each service he explained in detail what he had done and results from each service. He was professional, thoughtful and thorough. Such a pleasure to have such professional service.
Aaron arrived on time and was very professional. Went over unit and took extra time cleaning a coil that needed it.
Very pleased with the service

I wish I would have remembered the name of the gentleman that helped me with my AC problem but he came all the way to St. Cloud, quickly diagnosed my issue, fixed it in a matter of moments, and gave me some great tips on how to upkeep my unit. Sean the tech was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get our ac fixed without any issues.
We had the team replace our duct work and vents throughout the house and install a split unit on our patio. It was a large project, so they sent two crews. Herb, Brandon, Tripp, Louis, Corey, and Bruce were very professional, showed up on-time, and worked full days to minimize the downtime. They knocked out the…

Herb did a great job of making sure our AC was ready for another year.
Very professional, helpful and friendly from the first call to dispatch to the completed work. Absolutely will use ABC for all my A/C installations and repairs both personally and on contracted projects as much as I can!
Hands down, the BEST A/C company that I have worked with. Very professional. As well, techs and office staff are polite and easy to talk with. The owners: down to earth real folks. Prices are competitive, customer service is top notch. I have incorporated them into my vendors list for my clients and use them on my…
10-Stars. Professional, fast, and reliable. I have 6 rentals, and have dealt with so many AC companies who are terrible. ABC was a breath of fresh air. Will be using them for the foreseeable future. They are what an AC company should aim for in regards to customer service and reliability.
Called at 330pm when my A/C stopped working. They were able to get a tech out that same day around 620pm and he had it repaired in maybe 10min. Will definitely be calling them again for any future A/C needs!
They were fast, efficient, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any of their services.
Always on time, professional and experienced. They installed a new AC a year and a half ago, I've been on their service plan since. Great company to use.
