Great team to work with on all fronts. We had mini-splits added to our backyard apartment and a 2-ton unit in the front house. Both teams were knowledgeable and cleaned up before they left. No problem or complaints when asked to come back for a few tweaks. Direct and friendly communication with office team, too! Highly recommend!
Patrick was knowledgeable and professional. He discovered a flaw in the way my AC unit had been and recommended that it be re-attached for proper air flow. Three teams of friendly but seriously hardworking guys showed up in the morning and, by the end of the day, they had completely replaced the old duct system in…
The absolute best in the business! If you're looking for an HVAC company in Orlando, you've found the one. Great prices and even greater people!
Gene & Jamie were awesome. These guys worked hard all day. The quality of work was very impressive. ABC Air Condition &Heating Special did a great job and will have them out to do our annual service. Thank you for our new system.
ABC Team provided excellent customer service, resolved the issues I was having with my A/C units and took the time to educated me on how to maintain the A/C units. They followed up after installation to ensure the units were working and that we were happy with the end product. I would highly recommend using them.
Recently purchased a news Ac unit from ABC. Eddie was great with the quote, went over everything in detail, answered any questions I had. On installation today Carlos and D showed up right on time (given 8-10 window, showed up at 7:57am) they also answered all my questions and did a great job! There was one issue…
We had the team replace our duct work and vents throughout the house and install a split unit on our patio. It was a large project, so they sent two crews. Herb, Brandon, Tripp, Louis, Corey, and Bruce were very professional, showed up on-time, and worked full days to minimize the downtime. They knocked out the…
Ahmed and Jean were very professional and did a great job.
Very professional team from the very beginning. Quick turnaround, great installation. Couldn’t be happier.
They were fantastic. Everything from getting the quote and help with all my questions from Patrick in the beginning, the assistance from the office with financing, to the exceptional work of installation done by Amed and Jean. They were honest, on time and done in one day. I can feel the difference already.…
I was very Happy with ABC! Although they had to reschedule me twice, they provided me with 2 portable AC units and I was cold!! Those portable AC units are Strong! Thank you ABC! 😊
I called and was immediately helped by Rachel. I asked if they finance and she advised me they did finance. After going through the financing I was ready to move on and Rachel sent Gene and Amed to my home for installation of a new unit. Neither myself, the 2 men or Rachel was even aware that the ducks in my home…
Hands down, the BEST A/C company that I have worked with. Very professional. As well, techs and office staff are polite and easy to talk with. The owners: down to earth real folks. Prices are competitive, customer service is top notch. I have incorporated them into my vendors list for my clients and use them on my…
They showed up early and tracked the problem down to a bad thermostat and replaced it. The team at ABC Air are great to work with! They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they will do it!
We are so happy that we decided to go with ABC, they did a awesome job. Everyone that worked on our vents where awesome kind and very professional.
