Joe is the best. Although my fan unit did not make the noise I have been experiencing he apparently resolved the issue when he removed said fan and reinstalled it. The other option was too many frogs/lizards on the fan blades in the past. We have tons of them in our community.
Great team to work with on all fronts. We had mini-splits added to our backyard apartment and a 2-ton unit in the front house. Both teams were knowledgeable and cleaned up before they left. No problem or complaints when asked to come back for a few tweaks. Direct and friendly communication with office team, too! Highly recommend!
