They left my spoiler in the passenger seat, left their trash in my trunk, left some type of dusty tan material all over the seats, unplugged my tail lights even though they were working, and left other parts they didn't want to put back on in a box and used duct tape to hold my fenders on. I came in for fender-bender repair, including replacement of trailer hitch. Great service, friendly staff. Repair took a long time because of supply chain issues, but staff communicated and provided updates. Also took time to explain how new trailer hitch would look, quality compared to the previous one, etc.

They did a very good job on the repair, cleaned the interior and exterior of my car really well and left me a goody bag. My only drawback is they had my car for 3 weeks and Did not set my expectations for this. But, as a whole, I would definitely recommend them.
