They left my spoiler in the passenger seat, left their trash in my trunk, left some type of dusty tan material all over the seats, unplugged my tail lights even though they were working, and left other parts they didn't want to put back on in a box and used duct tape to hold my fenders on. Repair took a long time because of supply chain issues, but staff communicated and provided updates.
