I contacted Accurate Plumbing on a Monday morning, after finding my hot water heater not working. The phone was answered and an approximate time was set up for them to come by, only a couple of hours later. They arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem, went over my options and had a new water heater installed by 5:00pm. I can’t ask for more. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would call them again the next time I need a plumber.
Jonathan and George arrived in a timely manner and went to work right away. After finding the clean out value under the snow, Jonathan informed me that the job might actually be the city’s responsibility. Jonathan communicated the problem to several people in Trenton until he was sure I would be taken care of. On his way out, he asked me to leave a message on the company’s phone that the city had fixed the problem. If I have any other plumbing or sewer problems, I will definitely call Accurate Plumbing.
They are Awesome! Know us and our situation so took care of us immediately. Very Good People!
My other plumber cancelled due to illness and Accurate Plumbing stepped up to the plate and did an awesome job in the dark on a Friday night and I live 30 miles away from Kinston. Talk about a great work ethic.....
We had a great experience with Accurate Plumbing! After returning home from a three week trip we found all of our drains, toilets and showers backing up with sewage. We called around the Kinston area for a local plumber from the list on google and they answered right away Monday morning at 8:00am and told me that they would be later that day. Around 1:30 pm I was contacted by John the service technician and informed that they would be there shortly. When they arrived, John and George introduced themselves to me and I gave them my rendition of the problem. They completed a thorough investigation of the issue and told me there was a blockage and a clean out access needed to be installed outside on the main line that was buried in the front yard. The two worked hard all day and were able to get the clog freed up and cleaned up the work area as well. John and George were professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Accurate Plumbing and will be contacting them for any future issues. Thank you for your great service!
I had an excellent experience with Accurate Plumbing. From the very first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and straightforward about pricing. The technician arrived on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and worked efficiently to fix the issue. What stood out the most was their honesty—no upselling, no hidden fees, just quality work done right the first time. It’s clear that Accurate Plumbing takes pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service.
