I was extremely pleased with Acknowledge Plumbing. The plumber came out the day I called to see what was wrong. He, Felix, returned the next day and replaced my garbage disposal. That is efficiency!

Acknowledge Plumbing was on time and did a great job. Felix was knowledgeable and prepared for the job. Will be calling on this company in the future.
We had a hidden water leak that had been quietly driving up our water bills for quite some time. Acknowledge Plumbing identified the source of the problem using professional equipment and carried out the repair while keeping unnecessary damage to the walls to a minimum. The technician was courteous, experienced, and happy to explain the situation and answer our questions. Their careful approach made the entire process much easier and helped us avoid further inconvenience and expenses.

Acknowledge Plumbling did an excellent job replacing sewer lines under our old house. In addition, they replaced faucets, bath valve, epoxyed old clay pipe, and added a cleanout. When unknown problems arose, Jordan and Felix found a creative solution to simply the problem. They were fair and got the job done as expected and as scheduled. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly. We had successfully used them previously several years prior. Highly recommend Acknowledge Plumbling for your plumbling needs. Thank you!
I was very pleasantly surprised with Felix's knowledge, professionalism, and mannerisms. He answered all my questions and then some. Give that man a raise!

I had an emergency water heater replacement need at our rental property at 2 PM. I sent a text to Jordan & Savina and Felix called me by 3 PM to discuss the plan. He had the new water heater installed by 6 PM. Thank you so much Acknowledge Plumbing for the amazing response time and help! We appreciate you all so much!

Jordan is a VERY knowledgeable Plumbing contractor! I had Bell Brothers give me the most dishonest and expensive bill to repair my sewer! They said re-plumbing was necessary under my house and replacing my50 ft sewer line was VERY necessary and gave me a bid for over 50K! That's right, 50k!!! Jordan, the owner of Acknowledge plumbing came over and said it was NOT necessary to do all the things that Bells Brothers said was necessary. He was here all day, cleaned out ALL my downstairs sewer pipes all for just $4,800. I was thrilled and I highly recommend him to anyone who has a sewer problem!!

Awful service! Came the first time to drain my septic tank and didn't have the proper equipment. Had to reschedule take time off from work twice. We dug out most of the septic tank top but didn't dig an area that we needed to. They charged us 250.00 to do the extra small area. When they were done with the job they did not fill in the hole. My children could have fallen in. After paying 250.00 to uncover the hole you would have thought they would fill it back in. I got ripped off.
Response from the owner · a month ago
Tami,
We told you the rates and the access we needed before we came out. A standard septic pump-out with access risers does not include digging up the tank, pulling a coffin lid, pumping, putting the lid back, and backfilling. That extra excavation work is billed separately.
Your father requested the tank be dug up and when we provided hourly rates for excavation we were told the lids would be exposed upon our arrival. They were not.
If you’d like to discuss it, call us directly.

Really happy with my experience with Acknowledge Plumbing. Finding a reliable plumber can sometimes be difficult, so I was particularly pleased with how professional and organised the service was. From the initial contact through to completion, communication was clear and helpful. The plumber took the time to understand the problem properly instead of simply rushing into the work. I was given an explanation of the options available, which made me feel confident about the work being carried out. Everything was completed in a professional manner, and the area was left tidy afterwards. I appreciated the overall level of care and would definitely use Acknowledge Plumbing again if I need plumbing assistance.
