We have been with Acton Air for many years, two different homes. Always responsive, timely and professional!! While furnace/air conditioner repair is always costly - their professionalism make the experience a pleasant one.
Nick was helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

After several failed attempts with the original installer I called ActionAir to come and try to fix my AC. Nick called me and had me run through the problem. Even on a Sunday! Action Air is probably the best company in the Indianapolis area that I deal with. I have never had anything but good experiences with them. I've had installationss and maintenance done over the years and I've never had a system failure. By my experience with them, I can only imagine that in an emergency they…

We had an unpleasant smell in our basement for a couple of days. We called out the gas company to make sure there was no gas leak. They thoroughly checked the house and confirmed there was no leak. We then scoured the basement top to bottom and still could not locate the source. They man from the gas company said he…

Great job again by Mark. Can always count on exceptional service.
Wonderful, efficient job. Extremely knowledgeable. Excellent customer relations
Technician was prompt, and did a great job with a minor maintenance issue. We have used Action Air for a replacement on furnace and also central air. Very happy with both!
Called Action Air to find out why our AC wasn’t functioning properly. The repair tech appeared knowledgeable. He was courteous. However, we were scammed. We were told that the reason our pipes were frozen…well he didn’t say. But he said that it wasn’t cold because we needed to recharge the Freon. You know- in a…
Good, prompt and professional service. All digital transactions!
He was on time, incredibly polite and fixed the issue in record time. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Extremely happy with Action Air and Aaron is very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great value for services, and I recommend staying with the service you can trust.
Chris came in and rerouted my house dehumidifier which was not installed in the best of ways. Keep the work area clean after work was done and satisfied us with the new location.
Chris did a GREAT job for us. He explained what he was doing & why. He answered all my questions ( maybe too many from me ) & didn't seem to mind at all answering them. That's one really GREAT guy you have working there ! If at all possible I'd have him do ALL my check's on Furnace & A/C issues. Glad you hired him.
Adam was a consummate professional, as well as a total sweetheart. Excellent service with a smile is hard to come by sometimes, Action Air didn’t disappoint. We will definitely use them again.
Cody did a great job repairing my hot water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I've been using Action Air for 2 years, I suggest everybody stay away unless you’re interested in a sales pitch on how you need a new unit and even though nothing is wrong. I was told thing will all start to break and if your repair one component everything will start to fail. Changing one bad component is a waste…
After they had gone, I told my SO that Grant (and his Assistant) were probably the best serviceman I have EVER had contact with.. helpful, polite, respectful, competent, professional, friendly and thorough. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing a plumber.
I was very impressed with Chris. He was very professional and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything he was doing.

Aaron was thorough, professional and informative. He was also polite and friendly.
They are responsive, polite and do well with a hovering customer. A+ for CJ. the technician on my call and I'll let Stella know you're thinking about her.
John is great. John & Luke installed my new HVAC in March of 2019 following a freezing cold weekend. I'm very impressed with Action Air for both HVAC & plumbing. I don't know the names of some of the service people, but all have been very professional Grant with Action Air installed a new water heater & softener in…
Great company and great service Technician Josh H. was very friendly and knowledgeable Highly recommended!
Plumbing service. Replaced gas connector on natural gas grill, fixed dripping kitchen faucet, fixed slow drain in bath. Very reasonable and good job.
Technician performed a thorough inspection and cleaning.
Mark did a great job. He showed up promptly, resolved our A/C issue quickly, and made no high-pressure attempts to upsell me (which is what drove me away from the last service company we used).
I have always been pleased with their service and the club membership they offer is excellent, too!!
Both Jay and Mark were knowledgeable and friendly. They both did all that they could to get my unit to work more efficiently. I will definitely return to Action Air is what I thought until now my unit isn't coming on at all. My complaint was it wasn't blowing cool enough now it won't stay on wth?
Hunter was very professional, knowledgeable, quick, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I would highly recommend Action Air and Hunter for your heating and air needs. Action originally installed my system, and it's saved about $500 a year in utility bills. I am signed up for their biannual checkup and clean.
Mark W of Action Air is the best HVAC Technician in the world. I will only allow Mark W to work on my HVAC system. Even if I were to move to another state, I would buy Mark W’s plane tickets and purchase any tools he needed to service my family’s HVAC unit.

I first called Action Air for a drain clog. They were able to get out there the same day and they solved the issue. Then they recommended their annual service where they would winterize our systems and also get them ready for summer. It was affordable and they also schedule it so I don’t need to remember. Today…
Found an issue with the AC capacitor and correctly called in another technician for additional help fixing it. Problem was resolved and the AC is back and running properly.
Water heater checkup Water heater replacement Gas line repair
Very pleased every time we use them. The previous owners of the home used them for many years and we now know why! Vast knowledge, friendliness and I love The customer service!
Originally called because of the high reviews. They were able to get someone out for my plumbing repair ahead of schedule and fix it quickly. Will 100% be using them in the future. Months later used them for A/C and Heating tune ups. Great service all around.
After 2 techs came out and told us that our thermostats were hard wired, Kelton finally confirmed that they are not and fixed our issue. What a guy!
I called Action Air because I was having HVAC issues and my maintenance people weren't hearing it. Jay came out and was professional and clearly knows what he's doing. He diagnosed the trouble and sent me a complete work order of what needs to be done.
