Chris did a GREAT job for us. He explained what he was doing & why. He answered all my questions ( maybe too many from me ) & didn't seem to mind at all answering them. ACTION AIR came out and did nothing and charge $80. They told my wife that the unit was dirty and wanted $1200 to clean it. This is why we had them come out in the first place. I ended up taking the A-Coil cover off and it wasn't very dirty at all. They tried to take advantage of someone who didn't know anything.…
